These characters make no sense. Why would a mom yell about a woman for being around her kids, to the point of…
Lol you are so fixated on disliking the drama that you're not giving it any credits whatsoever. Bad acting, bad writing, bad written characters, bad package as a whole. Your opinion about it is set and fixed from the beginning. Nothing the writer could ever do that could change that. We have two entirely different opinions on the drama and most importantly on Jae Bok lol xD

At this point I really don't think anything can be done to make you (not like it) but dislike it less. I don't think the mystery element is appealing to you either... so I fail to see what's making you hold on to it when you give it zero credits. In my case if I dislike a drama and not drop it, it means I'm giving it credit for at least one thing. It means it's doing one thing good at least.

I have a crush on Jae Bok, something I haven't felt about a character in drama in a while especially a female character ;)

This is only getting better and better, the never ending cycle of power game is almost the theme of every K drama but here it's so well-made, so thrilling and so stimulating (as expected from this writer-nim). The ball keeps shifting from one court to another, and no one has the dominance. On top of the brilliant plot and variety of colors in each character, we get to enjoy rich dialogue and watch each character throws aphorism at one another (which is mentally enriching). While most people seem to prefer Jung II and Soo Yeon as characters, I'm all in for Yeong Joo & Dong Joon. I can't wait to see how this will develop and by develop I don't necessarily mean romantically, I want to see how they'll come to trust each other and sincerely work together, as comrades (LBY & LSY in one screen is enough chemistry no matter what you define them).

It's changed now. She's recognizable :)

Haha Ep.12, they mentioned Go So Young as an actress and Jae Bok said that she liked her and so did everyone else XD
I can't imagine how hilarious that was on the set lol!
This drama is gold, I'm going to be really sad when it ends...

I overlooked the ridiculous boring kidnapper story-line, I overlooked the stupid cops, I overlooked bugging the whole police station with hidden camera crap, I ignored the fact that ALL characters here are useless except for the two main leads, I was indifferent with the fillers and the fact that the stupid plot paused for couple of eps (yes it had stupid almost no plot at all, but even "that" still paused), I've put up with the annoying gay and gangsters jokes (that isn't one bit funny). Now after ep.12 I think I've reached my limit. Just because the director wants the kidnapper to know about DBS's secret power (so badly) doesn't mean he/she have to ignore the fact that we the audience have "brains". She tells her friend over the phone about her secret again (which her friend already knows about) just so they could let the kidnapper's character get ahold of that info. On top of that, he writes to her instead of her friend whom btw speaks SATTURI DIALECT which makes a difference even when writing, oh but what the hell the director just decides to throw that fact out through window (:
Okay I'm done ranting

With a smile or not, with a long hair or short, he's just too GORGEOUS! I can't get over how gorgeous he is. His charisma is so strong it sometimes gets distracting lol. Above it all, his GOLDEN acting skills... really one should not be so perfect it's too overwhelming lol.

I have to say it again, I freaking love Jae Yi and love the way Lee Yoo Young plays her! One of the main issues I normally have with OCN dramas is the female casting and female characters. Even though the story is nothing new, OCN rocked the casting combination here. Not only did they add a very interesting female character, she also outshines the guys. To me she's this drama's thunder, more screen time for her please.

This is Park Kyung Soo style of writing. His characters are never honorable or decent human beings; they are always twisted and they come with different shades and colors (certainly not black or white). They are far from heroes or villains or antiheros. This is one of the reasons why I love his dramas; he has the guts to tackle dark, twisted, sensitive and unforgivable issues. He also excels in presenting characters that no one could ever define as “likable/unlikable or good/bad”. You won’t be able to define them because they are simply vague and so humanly flawed that you can’t label them. At this point, Yeong Joo has crossed over to the dark side and she is well aware of the fact that there is no coming back. Can injustice turn an angel into a devil? Or was she no angel to begin with? I still don’t have any clear thoughts about Dong Joon. Those two are far from the word “healthy” but it’s my kind of drama. This is going to be one hell of a ride (hopefully an enjoyable one!) Lee Bo Young is slaying it! :)

"EH is enjoying the process. She wasn't waiting for years just to get JB out of the picture, she wants her crushed, slowly and painfully" Yes!! You said it perfectly! I think she believes that all of this belonged to her if JB hadn't come into the picture. Like I said she doesn't only want to get "rid of her" she wants to erase her existence (if that makes sense).

I can't get over my crush for Jae Bok! I love her! I only wish more writers would bring such characters into dramas. For the first time, the heroine doesn't get slapped nor does she slap anyone! She grabbed that crazy housekeeper's arm and stopped her when she was attempting to slap her OH THAT FELT SO REFRESHING! And she did it with manners! What a woman! She's so blunt and strong yet she does it in such a refined elegant way (pls tell me how do you manage to stay so refined Jae Bok). Even the way she deals with her son (the brat), she made him feel ashamed while calmly and politely pointing out what he did wrong. Awesome mom and an awesome human being. I also appreciate that the writer isn't going overboard with anything here. There is no crazy killing, no "guess what's happening guess what'll happen" until the last ep trend! Here we get to know what's happening each ep even if more is to come, Jung Hee as a character isn't over the top horrible or nasty or cartoonish kind of bad person, he's a horrible husband but not a horrible father... the writer defied all the norms that I normally find in every K drama so far. I can't even begin to say how much I love and enjoy this drama. I can only say, Ms Perfect thank you for existing because you're the only drama that makes me look forward to next week (2017 K dramas were really disappointing me so far, I was beginning to lose hope).

Last but not least ep.10's climax "Because you're a psycho" I almost clapped this is felt so DAMN GOOD! And Bong Goo's smirk at the end is worth a thousand words ;)

"Mr What Can She Possibly See In Him" LMAO XD He's a musician it seems everyone thinks girls always fall for them or something lol. About getting rid of Jae Bok, I'm not a psycho so I don't know how their brains work but I do know that it's not as simple as "just get rid of her". I think she really wants to dig her way "naturally" through it all. She wants to gain his love, and the kid's love. She wants to drive Jae Bok out of the picture and "naturally" take her place. But she wants to do it while gaining the kid's and ex-husband's trust. Eun Hee wants to get rid of Jae Bok but not the old "I'll hire someone to kill you" fashion way, she wants to get rid of her by making everyone turn against her. I don't know how to put my thoughts into words, but like I said she's not normal person, she's really psycho so she has that certain "desire" to win everyone and make Jae Bok lose everything without coming off as the one behind it all. They mentioned that she had mental problems before, and the way she reacted when JB and JB's friend where trying to see what's in the room, it makes me think that she is embarrassed of herself and her obsession she doesn't want anyone to see that side of her.

Part of the reason I decided to watch this is because of Choi Jin Hyuk because I respect him as an actor but after watching I'm now very much in for Lee Yoo Young! This is my first time watching her, and this is her first drama yet with only 2 eps she managed to suck me in. I can't describe her or her character with words but she's really electrifying.

I don't know how long I can put up with Woo Jin's nastiness, he always yells! Seriously. And I don't…
Yes, I understand what you mean. Normally I have great tolerance for such characters but this time I'm finding it really hard. I get that he's not a horrible person and he probably thinks "the ends justify the means" but really how many persons would respect someone who guides them in such a nasty, rude way? Whatever his intentions may be, I really can't justify his behaviors. All the yelling is making it really hard to watch. I just hope he tonne it down please for the sake of the drama. At this point it's hard to enjoy, when both lead characters are unpleasant to watch. Let's hope for the best on these upcoming eps :)

What exactly does Ji Soo offer here? I really feel bad for him, his character has no grounds, no purpose and not even sensible dialogues! Basically he's monotone. I'm not even a fan but I feel sorry for the actor, his existence is nowhere to be found here next to Park Hyung Shik.

I don't know how long I can put up with Woo Jin's nastiness, he always yells! Seriously. And I don't even know what to think of Ho Won, one minute she's strong the next minute she's feeling sorry for herself and watching her feels like I'm watching someone whoes forcibly dragging her body around. I get her situation but I don't get is her... I don't know how long I can last here the only character I like is Ki Taek.

Allow me to be the first to tell you, what well-written, truthful and honest review! As always, you master the art of criticism so beautifully. This show (to me) is exactly how you've described it. Well, except that when it comes to Disney movies I never "drop" any and I never get tired of re-watching them, they are timeless and ageless to me. But this one wasn't lol XD

They'll have to explain her "coming back from the dead" next ep.
That aside, I'm happy she's back now she can put all the cards on the table Jae Bok deserves to know. I'm also curious where does Eun Hee gets all her money from?
