I was so seated for more HC looks but we got boring ass looks from diorðŸ˜. She only wore 2 brand other than…
She wore a total of 20 couture looks, according to a comment by the EIC. Dior naturally dominated the shoot since they sponsored it, which makes sense. However, many of the looks appear to lean more toward ready-to-wear rather than couture. I don’t think many of the couture pieces were from Dior; instead, designers like Tamara Ralph and Yanina Couture seem to have been more prominently featured and confirmed.
Personally, I haven’t liked Dior’s pieces since the Galliano era, which was a long time ago, lol. I’d really like to see Anderson move away from Dior’s predictable silhouettes and cuts. Creatively, he seems overstretched, and I think it was a major mistake for LVMH to have him oversee both the women’s and men’s lines simultaneously.
Melon says Baba has changed her stylist to Mix Wei. Hes the current EOI for W magazine and sometimes supervises Marie Claire China spreads. I wonder if this is an offset after W China event where she had the most traffic. This is such a great strategic move too as she will most likely appear on both magazines too.
In Sword Rose, Dilraba’s character is the central one. Her role was more interesting than the drama itself.…
Its an ensemble cast. Whats central to the drama is not Deng Yan or Dilraba, its the suffering of trafficking victims and the ripple effect it has on families, communities, and the society at large. The drama deserves every recognition it has gotten so far and more. Baba worked hard and made an impact through her participation and contribution to the drama. The drama is written to emphasise the "story" and not the "star" which is probably why she chose this project because it focused on such an important issue in society. The biggest reward is being a part of an important project and to grow as actor!

Baba rumored to be featuring in another January issue Grazia.
