oh how I agree with your recommendation! I've just dropped it after 8 episodes ;) How about Zhang Rounan was it Love is Panacea or The First Frost? cause her acting is exactly the same: she's always rolling her eyes, avoiding eye contact, running away from kisses and closeness, and has this blank expression. It's so annoying.
Maybe one day I will try to continue, but for now, I'm done xD it's exhausting.
I want more of the story between Chen Zhou and Shi Rong. The way they interact - such a lovely loving couple.…
What I loved most was that his profound love for his wife never needed grand confessions—you could simply feel it in his every action and silent gaze. It leaves you wondering about the man behind the mystery: just how many years of life and loss are hidden behind that timeless, dignified presence?
About 80% of this drama revolved around the much-desired salvation of the Xiao family.I was really hoping that…
Totally agree with you! Besides the Xiao family subplot, the main story revolved around the Hero Token and the Book of Oblivion, but in the end, they turned out to be irrelevant? :D It doesn't make sense. I'm disappointed as well.
Moreover, I could never really understand Liu Suifeng's character. He had potential but ultimately turned out to be monotonous, with only one expression. The show could have been better, definitely with a different ending, which—in my opinion—is what mostly killed the ratings.
XMM didn't die. They cut the last scene where he was seen in a library playing a qin in the modern worldhttps://www.reddit.com/r/CDrama/comments/1nr0nik/comment/nghwhxo/?context=3&share_id=aa0YWRXQfXFS7u8tXirpu&utm_name=ioscssSee…
it had sense with these scenes… what was wrong with them that they finally didn’t appear in the drama? :/
