Excited! Guys, I understand your sadness and disappointment. BUT if you loved the drama and story, and not just…
I think the 10 years gap is one of the main things that is making us unhappy, it doesn't add up because the first season ended right in the middle of the action making us feel like this was only the beginning, there's a lot of loose ends and skipping 10 years will mean we won't see all the things that S1 abruptly left off at, so I really hope they won't go through with this because it makes no sense.
Of course the recast is another thing that made us disappointed, not disappointed at the actors but at Studio Dragon and the change that was made after years of uncertainty for a S2 and then one day announcing the new season but not mentioning the new cast until much later so we already celebrated only to get betrayed like that.
I'm a Lee Joongi stan myself, but it feels strange to see different faces and different acting styles for the characters we are attached to already.
I watched this only recently because it was going to be removed from Netflix and i absolutely loved it! Never expected to even like it in the first place so that was a pleasant surprise~
Currently struggling with episode 9 & 10.. I once had it dropped after episode 3 but then recently i picked it up again. It was fine until episode 8 but then the plot became too dragging, the romance is not very interesting either and I like the side characters more than the leads. I hope it will get more interesting soon again, I want to make it to the end this time.
Let me know how you like them! Iris is definitely a top favorite of mine
It was one of my first dramas, I could barely sleep cause I needed to know what's happening next haha and then I even had dreams of bloody gun shootings and when the drama was over I felt so empty inside
