Did they delete this in yt? I wanted to rewatch it after how many years but I can't find it anymore 🤧
Lots of series get deleted from YT because the filming duties decide to license them to streaming platforms, while others are still left free to watch as a bait into the BL world.
Who is Tul? Also an actor or he is from a different industry?
This is why I am asking. Good for Mew and Tul. Just sad that too few actual gay actors. Maybe NuNew can be gay? Though he did not confirm just like other suspects.
You do not start a series with scenes in the darkness because people did not yet see the characters, so it is hard for them to pick up who is who. Also, the dark scenes should not include blinking lights because it is super annoying even if you do not get dizzy from this.
Also, no need for the shaking camera. It is not the “found footage” genre, so propers rigs should have been used.
I used to like him due to love sick and his interactions seemed well balanced but it seems those too were just…
R@pe jokes are nearly banned in the USA only in the relatively recent time. Before that, many most famous comics had jokes like that. So just because the culture about it has changed specifically in the USA, and only just five seconds ago in historical scale, it does not mean that it should in other countries.
The intent is important, not the joke itself. Jokes can and often should be offensive. So unless the chap has seriously called for anyone to be r@ped, no repercussions should follow regardless if we like the joke or not. (To be clear, I am not a fan of those jokes at all, none of them are funny to me, but I admit those are jokes and not r@pe threats.)
WHAT did I miss? Why the rabid dog brother did all of sudden change his attitude towards the main lad in episode…
I see people complaining about the characters, especially the main chap.
HOWEVER, this character type is absolutely real. The fact that the series show it so accurately is it’s great strength, not its drawback.
Also, people complain about “unclear” ending, but it is actually pretty clear as the main chap has evolved to be better self, to be honest and open about his feeling with everybody.
And yes, other characters did not get a happy end because it is just like in real life, happens not so often.
We should not confuse this more serious (except for the silly card game premise) series with a typical GMMTV BL drama.
This one is more akin to gay film genre that is not bound by the business-friendly rules of the BL genre that e.g. ban cheater or questionable characters as leaders because it would tamper with the “ships”, fan event ticket and merchandise sales.
Zee and Saint (Fighter+Tutor) in Why R U were great together and I enjoyed the acting and chemistry. Zee was so…
Added that, too, thanks.
BTW, I just watched Mark’s first series called I Am Your King. He is great there. The series is also “toxic” because it shows cheating, which is like the first time ever in any BL series I have seen so far. It was superb for that reason alone, and it is realistic in some other aspects.
The “Fans” were about to gang bully the cheater character. Let alone they were gang bullying NewYear, an actor in the series, who has apparently cheated in real life. (Though I am not sure why he is called an actor if he has ever acted like a couple of times only.)
I had to go to his page on this application to leave a couple posts/replies that try to reason and calm people down with the hopeless hope of less judgementality.
I rated it a seven because it was badly done but the actors were good and deserved better. It was filmed during…
Thanks for the recommendations, I added them to my shortlist to watch. I know about The Untamed and that people are crazy about it, but that it got censored in comparison to the novel. Though some examples I have mentioned earlier are also censored, but still great, so it should be fine.
I started my BL journey with Chinese films Irresistable Love, which were probably based on a novel. Not too realistic, though, but it was great.
In total, the most realistic thing in the BL genre I have watched so far is Theory of Love (2019), but the first part only. In real life, the second part, the redemption arc of the other lead (Off Jumpol) never comes, it just can not.
I will add more, if I will remember something else.
BTW, I just finished Why R U? series, and I have to complement the acting by Zee and Saint. Just impeccable mastery of nuance and measurement. Sad to hear Zee gets nothing much to play with NuNew.
I'm sorry but it's straight up porn , like there's nothing more to see, they be fucking in every EP, even the…
Some like platonic romantic stories, but some like intimate action. I happen to like both. For example, I liked Bad Buddy and My School President, even though nothing intimate is happening there, the characters are on ridiculously unrealistic celibate and abstinence streak. But those series were so cute that I loved them very much.
But I would also like series with jerking off and anything else intimate where the series does not pretend that everybody is an eunuch or a monk.
Newyear is on the wrong but so is Both I think. If they were break up 2 months ago then why neither one of them…
I doubt anyone of them intentionally wanted deceive the fans because it was pretty obvious from the very beginning that this is going to be a scandal and the enevitable hate wave of cyber bullying. My guess the situation was not a plan at all, but they were in paralysis about what to do or not to do to solve it. And every suggested solution was as bad or worse than all others.
sorry to say but this "we are entitled to cyberbully him and his new man because he allegedly cheated" behaviour…
Even if it a hundred percent established that he had cheated, it is only a human nature of us, imperfect humans who are prone to fall in love unexpectedly and go crazy about it, making mistakes like that. The chap has apologised numerous times by now already, what else can he do?
Anyway, it all is between three of them, and the so-called “fans” are not warranted any rights to harass anyone in the situation, however much they do not like the faults of the chap’s character.

Why the rabid dog brother did all of sudden change his attitude towards the main lad in episode 4?
Though I personally like pron, so I will check this series anyway.
