This is exactly how I feel too. Major props in originality and keeping the pace moving, but the romance just...lacked for me. I didn't have enough time and buildup to beg for them to be a couple before they were in the heavy romance scenes. Well said and enjoyable review!
I swore to myself that I would drop this after Episode 4 if I didn't find another reason to continue. I just finished Episode 6, so I think it must be the pull of Ahn Jae Hyeon. There's nothing else that's improved. In fact, it's gotten worse, since they don't seem concerned with developing their characters with any amount of care or detail. I knew it would be cliche when I started, but I'd like to at least remember something unique or interesting about the characters after I finish.
I thought I would give this drama a chance, even though so many people here in the comments talked about Push's character being so bad and unredeemable. After watching, all I have to say is....yep, y'all were right. Are all Thai dramas like this?
This is exactly what I needed! I've been looking to get into Japanese dramas, and I wondered where to start. I just finished Pride a few days ago and loved it, so now I know exactly where to go next. Thank you! :)
