I realize many of you kept up with all the bts before SAL aired. But I did not so this is all new to me. https://youtube.com/shorts/mWDcIGkcbY4?si=05qFzjT1wQQzLk_u
There were a lot of cute BTS clips released of them as the show was filming. It seemed like they genuinely got along which was nice to see! Also, there were a lot of funny helmet BTS clips. If you want to watch clips to get more fluttery feels, I would also recommend looking up BTS of the night beach scene where YSX is in the red top and white skirt.
I am about to watch episode 22. I donโt agree with everyone lying to her. Especially her father. That would…
Yeah, it's one of the frustrating parts of the show and definitely a topic of discourse amongst viewers. It's a combination of you understand a bit more when you look at the big picture/overall story arcs for JZ and JM and them skipping over a key plot line from the novel for some reason.
Characterization of Mu and Zhao MuMu ๐ ZhaoZhao always pristine ๐ constantly grimey soft ๐ rough edges…
I like this! I feel like there's more but I will need to think a bit on how to word it.
One thing I noticed in my rewatch is in the beginning, they have JM in a lot of whites and light pinks while JZ is always in black. I think that was a nice little touch to visually show the contrast between the two. I also liked when their relationship does blossom, you start to have JZ in colors sort of showing how JM's brightness has rubbed off on JZ.
Thread: Question: โจ What scene in the drama Speed And Love do you want to delete and give for Jiang Mu and Jin…
Yeah, if Dr. Julia isn't in the web novel, I wonder why the included her. The only thing I can think of is having JM be momentarily jealous/play into the rumors that he has a wife and kids.
They establish pretty quickly they know they aren't related and he's adopted. The yearning starts pretty quickly too so a lot of viewers view it more as childhood friends/star crossed lovers if that makes sense. There are some scenes where he mentions he was there when she was born though, so if that makes you uncomfortable, that might weird you out still.
Guys, how is the FL's acting? I understand that her character is cute but is it like cringe? Just over the top?๐ญ
She's not going to be everyone's cup of tea. Yes, she acts cutesy and sometimes over the top and some people take it as too cringey while I've also seen comments from people who aren't Esther fans say it fits the story and they actually enjoyed it/didn't mind it. The cringe is part of the charm for a lot of the fans of the show, so I think it's not a one size fits all sort of situation.
She does fit JM's character who does act spoiled and childish around JZ (ML). She also matures throughout the show so you do see growth too.
You have been searching havenโt you? Lol thank you girl ๐
I can't bring myself to do a full straight through rewatch right now, but I keep playing scenes or individual episodes over again, and it's so interesting finding some of the small details I missed the first time. While the overall editing leaves much to be desired, they did scatter a lot of fine details throughout that I think lends itself to its rewatchability. It's definitely a drama for those of us who get it can really look back on and find a lot beautiful symbolism.
Damn, this is literally a big slap to the haters' mouths!๐๐Theyโre always searching for the most bizarre…
When JZ was putting the helmet on JM when he's about to take her to school was SO sweet. The eye contact, the lighting, the music, it all just came together perfectly.

I said it before, but while people can think whoever could have done better in so or so scene, who knows what the final product and chemistry would have been like. I'm just happy we got the final product we got and both were able to give us JM and JZ.
I really like this writer/caster. She had a vision and found people to execute. Kudos to her and the way she speaks of YSX and HY is so sweet.
I think one of my favorite types of videos right now that appear on my TT are people who are going to visit the locations they filmed at in Thailand and tagging SAL. I think it's so cool 1) they filmed in actual locations people can actually visit any day and 2) the show had such an impact that when they visit, they connect the story to the location and people can relate to the video.
Please put this on Netflix or Amazon Prime IQIYI.
