Agreed. That part I noticed, SY is also not ready to commit. So hence the earthquake will be their catalyst.

Thought SY didn’t want to tell XQ because he doesn’t want to hurt her of the truth at how horrible her mother has been. And it will also be not his character to tell such a thing. But I do hope they show more strengths development for XQ, or it’s really injustice to her character.

So am I reading it wrong as ep progresses, SY is always rescuing XQ and even defending her. But XQ is still standing at the same spot in relationship and when she medically help SY all this time, because it’s her profession? I actually thought as ep progresses when she feels SY’s got her back, she will start to show more of her part by standing up to her brother in that super market. I am not blaming FL, just disappointed that how they have not show us growth in FL. I am disappointed.

I need to rant…even there were good moments in ep 19/20…really love the family videos and food scene between the staff and their families.

I am truly surprised. This is actually not bad. Watch first two ep. and I am captivated by the premise of the story.

I think based on the ending credits, she will be with Crown Prince.

At this point, I cannot see how Ren Anle can fall for the Crown Prince, he is a bit useless. lol.

Can see he is very loyal to her.

Not going to be a popular opinion, I want to ship Ren Anle and Lou MingXi…hahaha.

Ep 37/38 is so exciting, tension building up. Two more ep., can’t wait to see how it will end.

10. Longest Promise - anticipated it but dropped half way. Just not in the mood for such genre of Xian Xia after TTEOTM.
11. Rating based on Wu Xia and not Xian Xia - The Ingenious One. The fight scenes were quite well choreographed.
12. TTEOTM for painful romance; Hidden Love for simple, brainless and uncomplicated romance. hahaha.

Just some bits of CGI that can be done better. But overall it’s enjoyable and the fight scenes were quite nicely choreographed. But definitely the subs are bad at this point.
