No annoying love triangle. There is an Ex-G/F but ML is very clear of his love for FL. The confession happened at ep 18, it’s not draggy, just that they have to deal with the main plot happening so their love is only confronted at that ep. Most misunderstanding is resolved quickly, only one misunderstanding that was intentional by ML, at the final last two ep. It’s enjoyable and has sweetness and smartness in the storyline. Enjoy, if you are planning to watch.

I am a little late for this party. Saw all the comments below, while I re-watched was noticing all the small details mentioned. It’s interesting how TTJ look at the new YXW and kept being surprised by what he discovered. The subtle expression portray by LYX is spot on. How these two getting to know each other first time and apart from TTJ being pure at heart, YXW/LSS is also extreme child like. It feels like a child leading another child. Poor LSS has to figure out everything herself with not much guidance on what she needs to do.

It’s an OE for the fiction world main CP. They have their own ending of re-discovering themselves. And likely May still be possible to be together.

That’s quite a bit of top down blame. Which is typical in most management. Is it all ZJK’s fault, not siding him, but felt this kind of push seems to be a set up for ZJK to do something to betray the company eventually. Just a speculation.

Nope, not possible of any C-actor to take this role unless TTJ is being re-designed in character.

To be very honest, the main CP misunderstanding will be cleared and they will move to the next immortal arc, where there will be misunderstanding again but it was ML’s choice and plot for a bigger reason. So if you endure this, most people learnt to love the drama to the end.

👌🏻 just started ep 1-2, this has been mentioned before. But just bringing it up. When LSS witnessed her whole sect got massacred by DG, she travelled back and immediately she can adjust to her mortal role as YXW. Wish the drama would have given her more time to grief and show her emotions, they made her adjust too quickly.
