The romance here is not the main plot, just the side dish. I actually felt this drama would also work with the romance. The main plot is about ML investigating his family’s death, revenge and facing a background story of rebellion in the scene. The separation is brief and we are given a clear hint that they do get together in the end.

So agreed! Too many scenes I love too. The one you listed are also a few of my favorites ❤️. One particular scene at Jing country, when YXW realised she was too harsh on TTJ about his killing, and rush to TTJ at his family tombstone, and his confessed his love. That genuineness melts my heart…the TTJ/LYX effect 😅.

Oh yeah, Qi Tian Feng, no further explanation and follow up on him. If we scrutized, there will be lots of loop holes and loose ends. But for such a compact drama, it’s forgivable.;)

That was kind of the most satisfying scene when SYN cut off…NGF’s jewel. He is really a survivor till the end. But I suspect it was SYN’s drug that kept him alive. I am sure being with the pirates, Liu Gong Chan will go after him, which is what we won’t see.

And YX is smart enough to know that he should make LGC a friend and not a foe.
