I also just started it not long ago. And I am not invested in that drama. You are spot on that how they’re doing this has ruined BFTB for me. It’s light hearted and not so complicated romance. For me I feel ATM nothing will top TTEOTM😅.

True. He is setting up a situation making it easier for YaNan to go off and settle her stuff. I always felt he would have guessed her background, But he may have wanted her t be in his side. And that’s something he can’t control. YaNan going over to NanGong May be useful as maybe she will end up assisting YX. If live is also a plot, that’s truly scheming. We shall see.
