I felt really emotional seeing Oh-aew hurting like that, when he never did anything wrong in the first place. I went through something similar in a past relationship and it hurts too much, almost physically. After everything they've been through, this is just sad.
I really have no idea of what's going to happen on the next episode.
Like people mentioned, eye candy everywhere, the leads are very good looking, Shi Lei's dimply smile and pretty much his whole freaking being tbh, Jin Yu Zhen eyebrows, his bone structure, the mole on his face? C'mon.
Also, they fit the personalities that were presented so far, and I definitely don't mind the tropes and cliches, if they're done right. Is it predictable? Yes. Is it bad? Definitely not.
We love a mysterious character that seems strict and heartless, but in the end it's none of those things. And of course, enemies to lovers is always, always a must for me, personally.
I do think the pace is a little off-putting, but from episode five onwards it seems to be bound to pick up a little more.

I love the 90's, personally my favorite decade, I like everything about it, the music, the fashion. And I agree with you, the effort was clear, especially Night's bedroom. The posters of various bands on the wall, the letters they exchanged, the tapes, phone calls with actual phones, payphones, I loved it.
Also, of course, Jimmy and Tommy, it was a very cute story.
Ok, the new teaser and some bit of information about this made me really excited, I really want to watch it. The leads are very gorgeous, they already look great together. I hope this is good.
Can we talk about Ye Xing Si? He's been a consistently great friend, and an all around great guy through the entire series until now, but he was never truly happy.
I feel like today was his moment to finally breathe, to be freed from the guilt, the shame and especially the fear of not being accepted.
His dad's words were so important, he needed to hear it.
The scenes between him and his father made me really emotional, the acting was great, and those were great, beautiful moments.
That being said, it seems like he's going to move out, and I can't help but think Li Cheng and TengTeng are going to be living together, just the two of them?
Their scenes were hella cute, they look amazing together, Mu Ren was the most passable, realistic drunk I've seen in a while and now I'm worried, because it seems so easy, so I'm expecting some sort of conflict coming up (yes, I've seen the preview for next week's episode).

The red hair is top tier for me, not gonna lie. I chef's kissed so hard when I saw this. Also, Teh, he looks GOOD.
I love how the director of ITSAY sees things, I trust his vision, and I know we're going to suffer at some point, I thrive in angst, especially when it's done right. I know it's gonna be a happy ending, and I don't accept less, but the journey... Oh, the journey. I want it. I want it. I want it.
Li Cheng confessed it, it's out there, Mu Ren panicked and used Gill to pretend it didn't affected him at all, when it did, he said he has no feelings for Li Cheng, at some point Li Cheng "gave up" (YES to Li Cheng stepping back), now things are going to blow up on Mu Ren's face because he's very confused, but very much affected, AND he's getting jealous of Mei Fang. I definitely don't blame him or his confusion, at all.
From next week's preview, Teng Teng is getting more and more jealous, he's realizing he definitely likes Li Cheng back and he's feeling hopeless because he thinks it's too late for him, but of course it's not.
The element of friendship within Li Cheng, Mu Ren and Xing Si is really nice. Whenever they share a scene is either funny and caothic because Mu Ren and Li Cheng are bickering and Xing Si seems to be regretting his life choices or more serious, when they are there for each other whenever it's needed. It's probably my favorite thing.
Also, I can't help it, I love when Li Cheng calls Mu Ren 'Teng Teng'.
Ok, after reading some mixed reviews first, I decided to give this a try and the brothers are a no for me. I'm not gonna be repeating the things that were mentioned over and over. To each their own, but again, no, nope for me.
Anyways, on a lighter note Teng Mu Ren is gorgeous, GORGEOUS. His hair, his outfits, his posture, everything, he has such an aura, model-like.
I really like him and Li Cheng together. I like the acting, I enjoy their scenes. Again, some issues about the plot were mentioned before, and after finishing last week's episodes, I can say that I like this and I want to see how things are going to play out, especially after the preview for today's episode.
Acting and chemistry are honestly one of the best things about this show.
The kissing, the longing, the stares, the way they act around each other and yes, my favorite thing about it, the dramatic, crying scenes. They feel so genuine that you can't help but feel your chest tightening at the sight. They give their all and I more than love and respect that.
Unfortunately, I feel like they tried to tell too many stories with a limited amount of time. I would have loved to know more about Yu Zhen Xuan and Pei Zhou Yi. Mental illness is something very close to my heart and I hate how it's often presented as something that makes the person who has it be considered incapable of loving genuinely, because it might be a part of some sort of delusion connected to their MI.
Zhe Yu and Bing Wei, I sincerely didn't have the time to like them as much. I like Bing Wei better since the first season, their ending was cute, but that's about it.
I would love to watch a season 3, not gonna lie, but the writing this season sometimes... Well.

Pacing was nice, the plot is what it is, but I don't mind this one having a college setting at all.
