I actually don't understand people that say that Kinn's talking english was unnecessary and cringey... Like wtf?…
Exactly, I don't think criticism is bad at all, but those comments are really unfair. Also, I was so involved in the scene, that I was actually trying to guess who or if he would dare shooting someone, before shit went down. He definitely got his point across...
Mile plays the handsome as hell mafia heir, that's nonchalant, petty and arrogant part really well.
I don't think Kinn's pettiness is being appreciated enough.
Just to point a few things, when the Italian boss-dude said he always had a great business relationship with Kinn's father and Kinn downright answered that people usually tell him he looks more like his mother, I nearly chocked. Then he shot a man in cold blood just to apologize later on with a """gift""".
He's terrible, and funny at the same time. And gorgeously handsome.
I was interested in everything and everyone from beginning to end. Production quality keeps on giving, fight scenes are well choreographed, it's just the right amount of funny, intriguing, and yes, it's sexy too. I think everyone, including bodyguards did an amazing job, and sometimes it felt like I was watching a movie.
Side note, the bodyguard, Big, dude's hot, why is everyone so hot?
Now, Porsche has the weight of the entire world on his shoulders, so no matter what he does, I'm going to excuse all of his actions. All of em'.
First and foremost, Si Won preferring 'Mean Girls' is a mood. You tell em', baby.
This was such a great watch, simple, entertaining, and the pacing, to me, was one of the highlights, because I'm honestly tired of the excuse for bad storytelling being lenght of episodes/ air time, and I get it, it's true to some extent and in some cases, also, the episodes were all released instead of one or two per week, but still...
My favorite thing was how believable their relationship felt. I believed every single second, that they genuinely liked each other. I mean, Da Un? That boy was whipped from the get go.
What in the emotional damage were those parents? All of them for different reasons.
Overall, I wouldn't even mind re-watching in the future, I really, really like it.
Not only that, but there's quite a few pieces that were cut and extended for the YouTube version. Nothing too major, but still relevant. It looks much better.
I can't judge a 100%, because I've only seen spoilers for each episode as they were airing, but the scenes I've seen were pretty solid. Not only EarthMix, but also Jan. Her and Mix acting as siblings was very on point, the body swap parts were very on point.
Oh, and there's White. There's nothing 'new', about his character, I feel like he continues to play support roles as a good friend to one of the mains (Two, Tul and now Non) and for that, it's very easy to like him.
It's a lot more interesting to see things like this, explained by her vision. She wrote the original tweet in Thai, but if you scroll a little she also wrote it in English.
They have come a long way since the awkwardness in Puppy Honey. They started to turn things around in Theory of…
Jokes aside, I agree with you. Off seems much more mature in every aspect, especially career wise as he clearly worked his way into developing his acting skills, so I'm happy for him, happy for them.
Realistic or not, the scene with the protesters made me very emotional, because talking about reality, people have no idea what they can do together, and the power that they hold. That's one of the things that makes me attached to this series the most, because thanks to protesters that came way before any of us, and people that are still fighting, we conquered so many things. I think the courage to fight back and the faith in what you believe is really inspiring.
Not Me wasn't perfect (but godamn great), there were things I would like to know more about, but it's finished and to me, despite everything, it's a 10/10.
Yall im so disappointed. The trailer is so sexual( not that its a negative aspect), it just seems like they want…
You have every right to be disappointed if your expectations were something else, but this series isn't simply about "enemies to lovers".
It's literally about mafia, rival mafia families, guns, blood, turture, deaths, money, power and a lot of lust, everything under the 'trigger warning' sun. It's definitely also part of a love story between the mains, but not at all your regular romantic with a sprinkle on top kind of story. This has nothing to do with TT, and it's definitely not for everyone, especially the younger audiences. That being said, I'm not here to bash you for anything, but this series were NEVER presented as anything less than that, especially now that they went all the way in.
Though I hate comparing, I'm about to contradict myself and add that I don't see this being the worst thing I've ever watched when I sat through the entirety of Bite Me, Y Destiny, Gen Y 2 and a few others to name. I get the expectations, and criticism is fine, also yes, everyone's entitled to their own opinions, sure, but some of the comments feel just downright cruel.

10/10 for the first episode, worth the wait.

It's still Saturday in my country, but since it's already Sunday in Thailand, happy (last 😭) Not Me day.
Crossing fingers and hoping for the best at this point.
