In ep 5 now and have nothing to complaint casts or acting. However, the moment I saw how too-kind FL was, I was like "ahh.. she's gonna suffer because of her KINDNESS". When both got accused of something they didn't do, I was reminded of The Untamed but the different is that in this drama, both characters accept it and even apologize for that which I personally don't like.

I just don't understand the person who recommended the similar dramas in recommendation column above, why they recommend the dramas that are yet to air? recommend us to wait?? I'm speechless too many as I saw those.

ahhh that's why. I saw her a few years ago when she played cello in some program, she gave a special feeling the moment I saw her so I also hope she will appear in more dramas in the future too.

In this drama, Ouyang nana is pitiful, cute and beautiful at the same time.. but why does she have so few dramas/movies? Why?!!

RIGHT! The scenes where she was casual at home, she only looked 22-23 yo to me. In Go Ahead, she acted as a MS student and I didn't realize that she was in her 30s until I saw her age!!!!

yeah, her dressing and makeup look in this drama did look quite mature, most of her dramas, her makeup mostly very natural but this drama, well she's a startup businesswoman here. For her short hair, I personally find it better suit her than long hair.

Honestly, I'm not a fan of older sister-younger brother cp but Tan Song Yun with Xu Kai didn't give off this feeling, her bone structure makes her look so young, even if she dressed as HS student, she still look young, like in Go A Head.

To be honest, I feel the ML and FL in this drama were quite generous. After waking up from their previous life, they didn't avenge anyone, even tried to be in their shoes, they only wanted to live their life better and made less ppl die.

This question you need to read novel to know, in drama, they only subtly show it. PWX love LR because LR was his first and only love (which he thought he loved QZZ but later realized he had never loved her), also because after marriage (before misunderstanding) LR never look down on him, helped him with his career, looked after him everywhere, accommodated him with everything like a virtuous wife would do. After the misunderstanding, she took back all the feeling and care of a wife, that's why he said she wasn't only his love but also his regret and he wronged her kindness.

You may like him even more in Kunning palace, ML was a bit toxic but very cool. I'm Bailu's fan but after watching Kunning palace, I'm ZLH's half-fan.

For example, the scene where LR kicked RF off the inspection director and indirectly scold her father in court, and the scene where she went to palace to replace LC and fighting with her father and the officials that attempt treason. If you read novel, you will know how cool LR was supposed to be, she was the queen, however in this drama, she was always a princess.

I think I notice why FL couldn't give off that majestic "aura" of a princess regent. Her breathing was always hurry, loud and unstable which very suitable for the drama "Reset" but that didn't give off a composed character of a 20-years experience regent. And, she didn't have that arrogant/fierce attitude, even Li Chuan had that.

I love that you have selective vision lolzz I need to skip most of his unnecessary parts and scold director along the way, even that twirling scene.

the drama is a bit complicated, if you cannot get past FL’s previous life, you will hate the drama like that cmt below, better not watch it

maybe because we watch drama and read novel both. LR in drama really had a hard time deciding on SRQ whom she sympathize or PWX whom she love and also the director tried so much to manipulate this SRQ as the most pitiful victim. In novel, LR was a bit indecisive at first but after she decided, no one can change her love for PWX, like the time when SRQ tried to kill PWX and LR went to rescue him, she told SRQ that she would tear him to shreds if he dare kill PWX but in drama she only said she would hate him 🤷‍♀️

I read the book too, he didn’t appear as much as he was in the drama. Everyone said the director favor him and I can’t agree more, too annoying to see him that often 🤦‍♀️

Not really fell in love, just the feeling of ppl of the same fate stayed together, both FL and SML know that FL didn’t love SML but love ML, it’s just that many things got too far in previous life that ML and FL couldn’t make up anymore. In present life, it’s more like solving trust-understanding step by step but FL decided to get back with ML after they divorced by the edict.

ML and FL was always real, just that in previous life, ML wasn’t clear about his feeling then they broke up then come SML so of course they couldn’t make up. In present life, they still married early but really made up and tie the knot back after they divorced (forced by edict).

I saw many ppl hate LR for her being with SRQ and some even cursed her. Personally, I think we should focus on the present as you said, using the past to correct the present is better enough.
