Oh yeah, it's 100% insane. It's a flawed system because fans are what makes a celebrity in SK. For example, before a person debuts, they have to have a dedicated fanbase. The bigger the fanbase, the higher the chance they will be successful after they debut. So the fans have this entitlement over them, because they can literally make or break the celebrity. If the fans are against them, due to the public sentiment, they will be pulled out of dramas and their careers would be ruined. Naturally, the celebrities do date in secret, but they don't reveal anything about their dating life until a wedding venue is booked. Until that moment comes, they deny all dating rumours, no matter how true.

SK has a strict "we live for the fans" policy when it comes to actors and idols. Any dating rumour is considered a scandal, so most don't reveal who they are involved with until marriage is confirmed. Idol dramas like 'Imitation' delve into how unreasonable most vocal fans are, and how their agents play into the whims of such fans. If someone they like is dating someone, petitions are written against them, their merchandising takes a hit and sponsors pull out.

For this reason, most actors and idols have a 'no dating rule' which is sometimes added to their contract when they first sign with an agency. SK is notorious for having agents taking advantage of their actors and idols.

The cells are the highlight for me. They are adorable. And hilarious.

I'm glad I watched this drama without ever having read any of the comments. There were no negative thoughts in my head and I enjoyed it for what it was.

Bigger budget doesn't necessarily mean better CGI though. Sweet Home and Sisyphus are great examples of that. I think it comes down to direction and the animators they hire.

It's okay though, because, so far, I'm loving the storyline.

Okay. This is growing on me. It's the perfect replacement for Racket Boys.

The CGI in Sweet Home was awful. But considering dramas like Mystic Pop Up Bar, Hotel Del Luna, Kingdom, Memories of Alhambra and Vincenzo, I feel like the CGI standard has been raised.

The CGI might have been bad, but that first episode was pretty epic.
