She is academically brilliant and cultured. But nothing prepared her for powerful obsessive men, shady political…
She has learned things. It's just that we, as the viewers are more privy to the overall information than her character is. If we look at it from her POV, we don't know who's behind all of this, the drugs, the roles MH's family plays in this. Nothing. She has no knowledge of any of the things that we have knowledge of.
So, keeping that in mind. What should she do to solve this issue?

That's because she has never had to deal with situations like this in her entire life. To have everything at your fingertips, to not worry about money, and not know the value of of how much things cost for a lifetime and then suddenly having issue after issue that can't be solved because so many people work against you... I would cry out of frustration too.
Adoption is and always will be one of the best things a human being can do for themselves and another. The fact that it's villainized (especially in Asian countries) is both maddening and frustrating to me.
And Jin Moo Hak is hands down my favourite character of 2021. He has handled everything thrown at him splendidly.
(On another note, if they break up for some stupid reason, I will riot)
She literally said in her statement that he committed a crime. He lied to her and manipulated her.
I have no opinion on this issue because it doesn't concern me. I was only pointing out that people can go to jail for lying and being manipulative as long as a contract was made, it was broken due to fraud and the loss cannot be monetarily quantified.

Yes, Misrepresentation is used to void a contract. But, depending on the country, a prison sentence can be given for Misrepresentation if the loss suffered cannot be quantified monetarily and replaced by the party who committed the Misrepresentation. It doesn't only apply to commercial contracts (as fraud can be argued), even though it is utilised mostly in commercial contracts.

Actually, it can be a crime under Misrepresentation. If party A promises party B that if party B suffers a loss in any form (monetarily, or in this case, an abortion) that they will get something in exchange for that loss (in this case, marriage), and then it was proven that the promise was made under false circumstances and lies with no intention of holding up their side of the bargain, then party A will be guilty of Misrepresentation and therefore can be sentenced to prison and/or a hefty fine.
Some people are just too nice and end up being door mats.I can understand being upset and angry for having lost…
When you're grieving, you find someone to blame. If someone you love got sick, died in hospital, you blame the staff; if someone died in an accident where he was a passenger, you blame the driver; if someone you love committed suicide, you will blame whoever didn't pick up the phone, didn't check on him etc. You blame the circumstances leading up to it and anyone who contributed to any action that led to the death/incapacitation of a loved one. This is because humans are not logical when they experience grief. Du Shik lost a loved one too, and he blames himself because guilt is the most powerful emotion there is. Regret can change the course of anyone's life. It's human nature to blame yourself and others when you're wracked with grief. Very few people are THAT logical when their loved one dies. Very very few.
Moo Hak's character is honestly so refreshing. And Kim Min Jae, I never thought he's have it in him to play this character so well. Perfectly over the top, comedic, serious and heart on his sleeve type.

2021 me loves You Are My Glory more. - The writing, situations and characters were mature and knew what they wanted which was a refreshing change.
I do think that e-sports was incorporated well in Love 020 as opposed to You Are My Glory.
I especially loved the lesson, which was to pursue happiness, whatever that may look like.
Definitely a must watch for action/thriller lovers.
