What a coincidence to stumble upon you here. I clicked to comment the same thing and you just happen to be here…
I'm totally hoping for that too. Whatever is going on with your life currently, I sincerely wish that it goes according to your plans and best interests. Jiayou! 💪
I totally agree about the story taking an unexpected turn halfway through. Although it didn't stray from its original theme, I was taken aback by how it suddenly turned political. Which later made some sense as they're preparing for the main conflict of the story. I just hope they made Fei Wenxuan even a bit more sensible, family wise.
"Personally I didn't like the actress (fl) much idk why. But her acting is not problem nor the character." - This phrase caught my attention because I also feel the same. Jing Tian is actually l fine here, but watching her in another show "Wonderful of Love" halt me from watching it after the first episode.
This one truly bend my tolerance to the extent of breaking. 🥲
Ohh, I see. You're funny. I have friends but they don't share the same hobby/past time as I did. and fr!! Mingling with people is the most draining activity ever.

It seems like you've really watched quite a handful of dramas. I used to do that before but can't for the past couple of years because my attention kept on diverting to some other things.
Haven't watched Vigilante. This is even my first time knowing about it. I read its description and it does look interesting.

Yes! I watched it after you mentioned it. Since I want to see another excellently written story; and god knows how I regret doing so. Hahaha!
Lu Buwei, this man...when you warned me about him, I really thought to myself "Maybe he's not really that bad. Lemme try watch it to see if I have different impression of him" and dang! you were right. Seeing him on screen irks me and my anger button everytime.
Princess Han was also my favorite character. I love how true she is to herself. She's a real trash but I like how discerning she is.
I am actually quite satisfied with the Husband's way of making Haolan remember him till the end. The thing with Haolan is that one look and you can see that she still has feeling for LBW.
We share the sentiments on how Haolan raised his kid. Towards the end, I just want slide him inside a sack and beat the heck out of him.
This rama would've been perfect if they lessen the failed escape attempts during the 1st half and kept LBWs attraction to himself. 2nd half is actually great. It was satisfying to know that it's actually Haolan pulling the strings at the end.
Watching this depleted my energy. So i've decided to go back to light themed dramas for a breather. 🤣😂
Have you watched “the legend of Hao Lan”? I’d like your opinion.
Ohh, I see where you are coming from. It do feels like that on some parts but I guess, I stick till the end because I'm a fan of the actor Winwin and actor casts.
Thank you! It has become one of my fav drama as well. Truly, no plot device was wasted at all. I never expected…
Exactly! The actor executed his role really well that I think I will recall him as his character in Yanxi Palace when I see his other projects too. He's deranged from the start till the end.
Ohh, Wanning! I totally admire her. She's that antagonist you hate at the same time sympathize for what she went through.
For a male villain, I love Cheng lei's character in My journey to you.

I will surely let you know. Thanks for the warning-heads up. 🤣
Haven't watch it either. But it is on my list. I was really not very fond of Xu Kai for the last several years after I watched him on Ancient Love Poetry, so I tried to avoid him at all cost...well, until just late last month.
Right now, I'm contemplating between Ruyi's royal love in the palace (Another imperial struggle) and Are you the one (light idol drama).
Very nice review, this drama is also one of my favorites. They don’t make them like this anymore…Fuca Fuheng's…
Thank you! It has become one of my fav drama as well. Truly, no plot device was wasted at all. I never expected Yingluo to still carry the revengeful spirit for her sister's rapist till the end. I myself even forgot that at one point.
I gotta agree. Fuheng's death was so unnecessary and pointless tbvh. I guess they simply wanted to create some more drama before the story ends, and he's the most fitting one. 😫
For the maid servant, I was so mad about it. She didn't even get to experience riding the bridal sedan and all that stuff.
It truly started 2020 (pandemic era) that the quality started deteriorating. + Idol dramas dominated the market…
Indeed. It's disappointing how lousy people are treating their craft these days. Like, there are more than 200 shows being released every year and only 1 -2% of them are of excellent grade. The majority is just too bad and foolish.

For real. I cannot imagine watching this first before Yanxi Palace. Because if I did, I might have skip Yanxi. Haha.
I'm currently watching "Si Jin" starring Zhang Wanyi & Jing Tian.
I heard of Taxi Driver but haven't really watched it.
Btw, aside from Princess Han. I also love the Queen. I think she's the most intelligent yet cruel character in their kingdom. lol

As expected of idol dramas. I think I'll try Are you th one. Just to change the mood.
By the way, If I were to recommend something light and fun, it would either be "Perfect Match" and/or "Destined".
Noble Consort Gao is great! I love bad people straight up being bad compared to characters that are wolf hiding in sheep clothing.
A character I enjoyed the most is Yuan Chunwang. He's resolute with his decisions; and I just really like his chemistry with Yingluo.
