concept : The daughter of a wealthy family returns to her home from the countryside, where she is the rebirth of an ancient princess. Initially, her parents, younger siblings, and grandfather hold prejudices against her, believing that someone from the countryside is not suitable for their family, and they view her with distance. However, with her princess-like ethics and teachings, she gradually wins over her grandfather’s heart, and then the male lead's (ML) as well. She refuses to tolerate any form of bullying. As a reserved person, she doesn't engage easily, but the ML persistently chases after her.
I watched this at 2x speed because it followed the old formula , after the parents' death, the ML, who is somehow your uncle, becomes your guardian. Both of their feelings develop over time, and one night they end up sleeping together under the influence of drugs. However, since it's a taboo relationship, there’s hesitation when it comes to confession. I get frustrated with too much villains being involved, which is the case here. Overall, it's an okay drama. Since I've seen this kind of concept many times before, it didn't feel as impactful to me, but I still love the couple and their chemistry.
