disclaimer : i saw it in youtube in fast forward mode their is only 10 episodes (i think which is also a edited version of 17 episodes) and quality is not in term of HQ . so my review is completely not genuine cause i saw it as per my perspective and convenience. so its truly my opinion if it can help you i'll be very glad otherwise watch it at your own risk thanks this is the first drama of ANNE which i liked otherwise she is on my blacklist here she is really energetic, gorgeous, nailed the screen, her acting is so natural in flow, also NOK deserve appreciation he equally share same skill to charm i must say their chemistry is really nice and the 2nd ML also need attention he done nice job somehow i don't like his hair style and about the other actors i dont want to talk about they are really shit/garbage
hey i forgot the child artist she is a great actor
story : its nothing new that you have not saw in any drama , it revenge salp kiss old trick of lakorn
flaws : it weird how actors change their emotion suddenly they have no hold in emotions ex: FL's sister blaming ML's mother in last epi then suddenly start blaming herself without reason if she said it i'm not convinced
suggestion: in fast forward mode only one time watchable for ANNE & NOK .

one gems of Korean drama regretted not to watch earlier but late is better than never. love the whole concept all character have problem to not come out from their shell and pretend something they don't want or not they are. i like the every those moments where people say "i hate you" which is meaning for them " i love you or i hate to love you " because they want to satisfy their ego than their feelings CHARACTERS
Choi Yeong Do always know that its his fault but don't want to admit it and broke with kim tan his best friend
kim won always love kim tan as little brother but can't swallow the fact that he is his half brother he always avoid him in fear of not fall in with innocent kim tan to satisfy his anger/ego
kim tan always try to knock his brother heart and even ready get anger in return . kim tan behave like innocent child in front of his brother but for other he matured man enough
jung ji hook may be for other he is villain in my point of view he is only father who want to protect his both son from world in his way he don't wants mess life their sons like him. when he says hard word to kim tan mom he is hurting his woman as well as he is hurting itself that expression said
kim tan mom to near of someone whom she love accept the position as mistress , for future of her son locked in mansion
yoon chan yeong a man with clear conscious who know how uphold love and friendship

***in this drama parents done mistakes and complicated things which affect their child and their upbringing and their life . child are broken inside somehow but cant show it so it get out in another way
***its easy to say in modern world parents have their own life children should not interfere but how come they not children are part of their life . its great if parents children have understanding and they give each other space but they are equally part of each other which affect ones decision to others so basically its communication problem
***my view in whole drama i like all the characters except cha eun sang her character/acting is dull for me so i want to give this drama 9/10 minus one for cha eun sang but then i thought for only one character neglect the whole cast/team work is unfair so i reach 10/10 each character have their own stories, dark sides and positive sides .
***many people hated this drama but i don't want to judge them because every individual have their own taste. which is depend on your culture , upbringing and surrounding from where you belong thats how your like dislike count.

i avoid it to watch cause may be it'll not fulfill to expectation now i can say its beyond my expectation positively i really like those dramas where verbal communication is less and their gesture, expression says a lots than words
story of childhood sweetheart as time goes they involve in their life but still somewhere in their heart they stays

the fact great about FL she love him but she never impose herself to him and never plead to him for her love, before saying of ML she move side of his way, when he ignore her she never bother him, she wants his happiness but never said for once she destroying inside.
TENTEN----------
ego matters in boys always, previous incident of his life he never forget . he loves her but don't want to admit it, thought process of tenten " only i have to rights to hurt her and make her happy " when people try to hurt taliw he protect her & if her smile is not cause of tenten he feel jealous.
PROPOSAL--------
the best ever proposal in drama industry even i thought in real world also no one proposed like it " taliw i want to marry you from birth to 6 yrs it is easy to be my bride she must 1) eat a lot 2) know cooking of fried batter chicken 3) not love anyone else 4) no matter what happen i always love you...
i didn't write 10 letters but i did write one *************************************************************** (don"t think that i forgot dialogue, word by word i remember it , more than 20 times i watched it i liked this drama so much, please watch it and enjoy as much as i enjoyed it)
when she accept him, first time in show ML smile so wider with ease, that smile was killer smile (no doubt what ever he do's in this show it has its own charismatic charm but i really want to mention the proposal smile )
PARENTS---------
as i said it written in maturely and smartly, parents want their child should be together as they are together as family, they suggested their thought to their child but never enforced it on them and never interrupt to their decision, wisely handling their matters without involving and hurting them
TAKE ON REMAKES/SEQUEL-------
i think i've watched 5 or 6 version of it including kiss me, definitely "kiss me " is one which i don't want to criticize and other are "its started with kiss", " they kissed again", " playfull kiss", " playfull kiss special youtube version" for me every version have their own flavor( it depend on people thought and what they expected to drama)

initially i thought its going to bore me but its said " without opening box" you never know whats inside hmmmm yes ! I know in that case people also get fooled to open every box in wish to get some surprise but in most of the cases surprise become disaster for them
i'm happy that i watched it the 1st thing came in my mind before starting it the drama is from 2010 i planned to watch it in 2018 if the drama is hit from that time can it have same impact after 8 yrs may be yes or no !
for me its worth to watching yes it have impact on me but not that much that i give it 10/10 so i gave it 7/10 behind it i have two reasons 1st may be its old drama for me 2nd all thing are good in this drama the only one thing can't understandable for me to prove someone innocence people don't need to marry to evil family there are many other ways for that
anyways makers need some reasons to develop feelings between leads . some times we don't like any part of drama or story-line or any character specially those guys which make trouble to main lead but people forget if things go smoothly their is no interest longer
so i'm hook up from 1st episode what make me to continue it till the end ? the innocence, cuteness , chocolate romance, chemistry of main leads . both leads are charming that you fall for them. the funny part is father of FL he make me laugh with his good acting skill.
SHOULD I RECOMMEND THIS ?
NO: for diabetic patient cause their is more sweetness of couple can make you die . only for those who are not interested in family dramas and wish to watch drama focus on main lead more not other nonsense thing , and who are waiting for great story line cause i already mention it some part of this drama is logic- less
YES: but those can watch it who want to see nice/ great/cute chemistry of couple and bit by bit growing their relation

everything is predictable, fast phase, not well written , artist are like newcomers amateurish has not even faced camera for once and the only thing is perfect here child artist who is best actor all of them. concept is nice but unfortunately destroyed by wrong things so in fast forward mode watch it for once is ok at your risk.

⭐Where's the Thrill When the Cards Are Already on the Table⭐
What kind of crime-investigation thriller is this where, in the very first episode, every single card is laid bare? Villains and heroes are all unmasked, motives are out in the open, and the so-called mystery is already untangled. What’s left to explore in the coming episodes?
There’s supposed to be an intrigue, a build-up the tension of not knowing things, the thrill of chasing shadows and unraveling secrets piece by piece. But here, the entire plot feels like it’s been spoiled in one go.
And please don’t tell me the rest of the episodes will just be a flashback of how they reached the already-revealed criminal. That’s not suspense that’s just spoon-feeding after giving away the climax.
When there’s no mystery left, how do you expect the audience to stay hooked?
Now I understand why its rating is low. The concept is good, but they didn’t handle it well. The audience should’ve only known who will be caught and who will catch them the process of how it all unfolds is what makes it interesting. Like a cat-and-mouse chase, as in Catch Me If You Can. But here, they ruined all the thrill everyone knows everything from the start.

⭐Pointless Drama⭐
She looks like his mother, and the romantic angle makes no sense. That kiss felt completely unnecessary and out of place.There was no real emotion between them it was as if they were performing under pressure, not out of genuine feeling.I forgot to mention this in my earlier episode review things felt unnecessarily dragged out, as if it was done just to fill the runtime. The whole episodes could have easily been wrapped up in 30 to 35 minutes.

Why I Clicked on This Drama:I had recently watched another drama featuring the male lead, and that's when I noticed him for the first time. I was genuinely impressed by his performance and screen presence in that show, which made me curious to explore more of his work including this one.
First Impression:
My initial impression was a bit off. It felt like the production had compromised on both quality and depth, and that was evident from the very beginning.
Summary:
This drama follows the typical "secretary plus lover" theme, which has been done many times before. As a result, the storyline feels quite predictable.
Acting & Performances :
I didn’t enjoy the performances of either of the main leads. I was genuinely shocked to see such a contrast in the male lead’s acting he had impressed me in another drama, but here, his performance completely failed to capture my attention. As for the female lead, she came across as dull and lacked the spark needed to bring her character to life.
Cinematography & Direction:
The direction was noticeably off most of the time. Even in basic two-person scenes, the framing felt wrong both characters should ideally be in the frame, but that wasn’t always the case. It felt like the shooting was rushed, with scenes lacking the necessary attention to detail. Filming even a one-minute scene usually requires multiple takes, proper framing, and shots from different angles. But here, it seemed like all of that was compromised, possibly due to production or time constraints. Either way, the lack of effort was quite evident.
Storyline & Writing:
The storyline was just okay nothing new or exciting. While it had the potential to be engaging, the execution and presentation fell flat.
Styling:
From the very first moment, I noticed the female lead had pinned her shirt, which immediately felt off to me. It’s surprising that the production couldn’t provide a proper, well-fitted outfit for the cast. As for the male lead he’s undoubtedly handsome, but the styling choices made him look older and unatractive . The wrong attire and hairstyle can completely change a person’s appearance, and unfortunately, that was the case here. The overall styling lacked thought and polish, which affected the visual appeal of the drama.
Why I Dropped It:
I eventually dropped the drama because it simply wasn’t appealing in any aspect. Visually and emotionally, it failed to hold my interest or offer anything worth continuing.

Not Convincing
Despite the glamorous setup and everything seemingly in place, it's just not convincing. Acting is flat story is somewhat predectable.The main lead is time-traveling to the past and interacting with people, yet it doesn’t affect the present timeline at all which feels odd and inconsistent.It would have been better if only his soul traveled back in time, merely witnessing the events unfold without being able to interfere. Also, while the main lead is traveling to the past, it felt like someone might be coming from the past too especially during that phone incident .
Overall, it's just not convincing. I'm dropping it.

contrary to theme
In the beginning, it was understood that it is based on physical desires. It is instructive and an attempt has been made to explain things from a woman's point of view. So far everything is correct, but in the end, the whole issue ended by adding a touch of love in it.
This shows that she was not dying for a physical relationship, rather she was looking for her perfect soul mate.
which is contrary to the theme of "physical desire/satisfaction "

sometime its very difficult to understand normal people around you and in case of specially-abled its by far to understand them Not because the specially-abled are not understandable. Understanding or interacting with them is a challenge, And we the lazy people of today who make tea in electronic machine and taken air from air condition instead of traditional way .
challenge ! is not to understand them . challenge is that we don't accept their existence .
whenever we cross the path of specially-abled people we ignore it we ignore their existence so we can't communicate them or we don't know how to communicate with them
movie: for me Male Lead the lawyer and Female Lead the witness communication is worth to watch i wish they could have more moments funny lovely and rest is ignorable in this movie

Just watch for the fight scenes and the glamorous presentation otherwise ignore thisThere are many flaws in it, like being a professional person he did not teach his niece the complete package. If someone of my own was in such a profession, I would have become an expert. I do not wait for the situation to dig a well when I feel thirsty. When you know that you might feel thirsty, why shouldn't I dig a well beforehand, just like he knew that his niece is the target. From the beginning itself I knew that Park Ji Bin/Bae Jung Min is the villain because I have seen exactly the same story many times in other drama movies, only the profession and motive of the story was different. Things were predictable for me. If the main villain's entry had happened in the 1st episode, then anyone could have predicted it. Those who have been watching dramas for so many years have learned to observe something. The writer here he played smartly, he did not reveal all his cards at once, otherwise it would have been easy to judge the situation. And that is why the story is engaging, story telling is good. The female lead did not use the glasses given by Lee Tae Young or I missed something.And who would force his niece to become the owner of such an organization? Firstly, her life is in danger because she is your family and on top of that, you are making her the owner of arms smuggling. Which is of no benefit to her. Now, you say that if you want to leave, you can go through the back door. Don't you think this option should be given before signing the document? And I am shocked by the stupidity of the male lead's supporter. Making the girl the owner and standing her against the enemies to save her can never be a proper option. If you have been given the responsibility of her protection , then you should run away with her and hide. When you feel that she is capable of protecting herself, bring her back. Good technology devices, gorgeous actors with good stylish clothes, locations and some underworld terms have presented it well otherwise there is nothing in this story, it is illogical. And in the end it was too much, all the actors are doing stupid things in the last episode especially the female lead who is roaming here and there lol. I liked the presentation of gun fight, fight scenes and the writer made such an illogical drama engaging. My rating is not for the whole overall package but for some selected things which I have already mentioned.

basically its story about a bussiness man,thing which often happen in real world, a bussiness man who loves his position power and to satisfy it , in bussiness market can't tolerate other to make their place, for that they do every thing. as i said romance is not main plot , during this journey ML met FL and marry her , i found their is no passionate love or lovey dovey love, for me its look like compromise or responsibility gesture not love, or may be we can say that people environment and upbringing make them what they are now cause he bussiness man he cant convey his love for girl
CONCLUSION- IF THEIR IS MORE ROMANCE IT'S FOR ME 10/10

on 1st episode it seems going good but after 4 episode i thought story is remake of ten mile of peach blossom where mo yuan sacrifice himself to seal monster then his brother appear and marry to qian here zi xuan sacrifice himself to seal water monster then a person appear lord xu his appearance is like zi xuan and white snake roaming around him the story is full of rubbish thing and exaggerated it can't hook people from initial may be it take time like 15-20 episode but i'm not interested to wait for unnecessarily going story FL is dumb annoyed house of foolishness irritating people watch entertainment thing to rest/enjoy from stress in daily life that kind of drama are over time task for people
may be it go great after many episodes but its my assumption there is nothing else rubbish
i will not recommend this who don't have patience and lots of time to waste on it

actually i'm biased on it i don't know its only me who felt that or may be some others also , i've watch almost every country drama but i felt only Japanese actors are under-confident i doubt their acting skill i've watched some J-Dramas which i'm satisfied with acting but most of them i can't say

only epi 1-5 or don't watch it even a single epi if looking for great ending
