Warning: Stay away from this, it is not suitable for your mental state, time and data

There was a lot of pulling drama. The whole story which should have been completed in 8-10 episodes was forcibly made into 16 episodes. The ex-boyfriend-girlfriend shit was beyond limits. The first half of the story is interesting and the second half is uninteresting. There are also some irrational flaws in the story, like Keanu could have told everything to the protagonist in the first meeting but he kept things to himself. If I look at the entire episodes, I will give 1-2 ratings. Because I liked the first half, I give it a 5 rating. Many people say that it is a heart touching drama, but nowhere didn't it feel like an emotional journey for me. The characters had confused and complicated emotions. Because of which, watching this drama, I did not feel love or relief, but felt tension.

I have mixed feelings, but I'm less happy, more annoyed with this drama because of the way it's pulled off really irritate me .

Sometimes high rating/famous dramas are not good, I also watched this after getting influenced by ratings and people, now feel like I wasted my time. When this drama was released, my heart felt that it would not be good, and I ignored it. and my instincts were right

the show started on 5 mar 2020 and ended 16 April 2020 its wrap up early for some reason (may be corona virus) initially it was announced 20 episodes i don't think this needed this long otherwise the way it was going i'm really going to frustrated but fortunately it started drastically and ended beautifully

the 2007 version is worst version about that i don't want to talk

the unsaid things from 1996 versions are said gracefully in this , their are something which are mark-able words/dialogues of 1996 i missed in this, their are scene which shouldn't be putted in this i hated it, the character portrayed in parent story need applause but here they are not up to their characters . even in this one is almighty the king ransimun and every one inferior to him . almost last 40% drama are really good to watch.

i've mixed feeling for it people who watched parent story understand me very well i'm not convinced by the background setup/production if characters are not justified . as the description king rangsimun character are cold and not expressing kind but here in one moment he expresses things next moment he became cold . the way num potrayed king rangsimun 1996 is better i prefer . as like all the characters i prefer 1996 better than this but as i said its extended version of it the things which left unsaid are expresses here for that i appreciated it . its nice version but not the great one i can say

after watching 1st episode i thought it'll going to be promising one not near to original but at not be the worst to previous why its seems to me a fancy dress show where artist wear clothes and walk in stage here and their people amages by their clothes and setups behind them even a monkey can wear nice dress and look good is such environment but we cant make him to deliver right thing

the worst delivery of acting by all artists they spoiled the whole story

SUGGESTION: parent story 1996 + remake 2020 last 5 episodes

i just have one thing to mention which is different in this drama from all other dramas is we usually notice that all revenge dramas end when one side take revenge or realize that him/her revenge is unreasonable and other side forgive him/her for all its wrongdoing and they happily live after

but here when one side revenge is ended for whatever reason writer give equal opportunity to take revenge or show vengeance for facing consequences of what have gone through FL cause of ML .

kissing scenes are not that much interested to watch because of camera angle it looks fake even its real

about chemistry i find it great and story is great

yes there is something which is unlikable or dragged but if i see overall package its nice drama

loveable couple

I watched this a long time ago, and at that time, its page wasn’t available, so I couldn’t give a detailed review. Getting access to a drama's page long after watching it is definitely a drawback, because by then, recalling specific details becomes difficult one would have to rewatch the drama to write a proper review. I’m not going to do that, since I’d rather spend that time watching something new. Still, I’ll share whatever I can recall from memory.

lots of intimate moment and kisses, The male lead finds every excuse to get intimate with the female lead whether he's angry, in love, hurt, sad, or happy. No matter the emotion, he always ends up drawing closer to her. He's truly and deeply into her, and the female lead responds to his love with just as much affection. It's a beautiful drama and definitely worth watching. Although there are some unnecessary side characters that can be a bit annoying, the story itself remains engaging and heartfelt.

There’s no misunderstanding between the couple , they’re completely loyal to each other. No matter who tries to come between them, they don’t let anyone in.

Memorable Moments:

One unforgettable moment was when the second female lead and her father went to the male lead’s house to apologize. To their shock, they discovered that the female lead was actually the male lead’s wife and even more surprising, the second FL’s crime partner turned out to be the male lead’s own brother! The entire scene had a funny, almost mocking tone that made it even more entertaining.

Another heartwarming moment was when the male lead found out he was going to be a father. His reaction was absolutely adorable a perfect mix of surprise, joy, and pure innocence.

someday i'll rewatch it and give detailed review cause it has many good things and good moments i can't recall it now.

not impactful

The story didn’t leave any impact on me. I didn’t feel love, hatred, or even sympathy for any of the characters. Not a single emotion stirred within me. Despite all the drama and revelations, none of the characters managed to connect with me on an emotional level.

Story Summary:

The male lead (ML) and female lead (FL) are a married couple, but their marriage is far from happy. Their relationship is constantly disrupted by ML's ex-girlfriend, who is none other than FL's own sister.

FL silently endures all the pain and humiliation because their marriage was based on a cruel condition: ML agreed to marry her only if she promised to obey his every word, no matter what.

It’s only when it's too late that ML realizes he has genuinely fallen in love with FL. But with this realization comes a heartbreaking truth, FL never loved him. In fact, she married him not for herself, but for the memory of someone else.

Years ago, FL was in love with ML’s twin brother, who tragically died. His heart was transplanted into ML’s body, which is the only reason FL agreed to the marriage. She wasn't in love with ML, she was still holding on to the heart of the man she truly loved.

ML’s mother has always despised FL, holding her responsible for the death of her beloved son. But the real truth is even darker: it was FL’s own sister, the same one who became ML's ex, who murdered ML’s twin. She did it out of envy because ML’s twin was about to propose to FL, and she couldn’t bear to see FL have something she couldn't.

In the end, all the secrets come out. ML sacrifices his life to save FL, and dies knowing the whole truth. The story ends in tragedy, with love lost, truth revealed, and a heart once shared now gone forever.

story is baseless (all surrounding people know what is happening between this both sister instead of that they all pretend that they don't know nothing and involve in their stupid game what are they trying make fool us or make fool out themselves ) no romance only fun glamorous costumes big production but nothing outcome only slap-kiss worth

suggestion : only slap kiss and glamour of both beauty

note: thai media industry is obsessed with slap kiss for that they ignore all the aspect which should required in any drama to be interesting

so far i found my kind of drama where protective brothers not let her sister to date anyone in matter to not hurt by any guy such fun to watch their protectiveness (otherwise asian drama are disgusted brother sister relation by making them couple in name of not blood related ) and this quadruplets siblings are perfect example of what brother sister should be like .

yes there is flaw in execution few things but to execute well it need time/episode more cause it have 9 epi instead of that it manage great to portray the story in compromise in few scenes and rush it but thats ok overall sibling brother-sister-hood and main couple romance cover all the flaw

characters:-

NAM
she is doctor only dauther of their parents and sister of 3 brothers who all treat her like princess their world goes around her some time it frustrated she don't get space from her brother but contrary she know her brothers well whatever her brothers do its for her safety that they loved most

PARENTS
they are so supportive to their children and same time like other parents care for them

FAI
most impulsive in 3 brothers that make him some time idiot which i liked it

note:-
NAM and PRINCE
character can be explained well but they rushed things

suggestion:-
ya there is some flaw but it can be ignorable overall package is full of comedy and romance i definitely suggest this its good drama has only 9 epi not so burden

great romcom drama i enjoyed it alot :)

Pleasant to See, Hard to Feel

📺Why I Chose to Watch It

I just randomly hit “Play” after finding it on a streaming site. There was no particular reason it just caught my eye while browsing.

🧩 Plot

The main protagonists meet in a dangerous situation where the female lead (FL) is kidnapped. The male lead (ML) is one of the people involved , but he’s actually on a mission and hiding his true identity. This creates tension, mystery, and attraction as the story progresses.

💖 What I Liked

Casting is good — the actors fit their roles well.
Direction is good — the flow and scene setup feel polished.
Performances are solid— everyone delivers naturally.
Styling is impressive— the actors look good on screen; their hair, makeup, and outfits are all well done.
Set design is good — the visuals are clean and professional.

All these elements bring the scenes to life. Also, the main couple looks good together on screen. There’s a natural attraction between them that makes their shared scenes enjoyable to watch.

👎 What I Didn’t Like

🔁 Reused, Predictable Theme

The storyline is old and overused. it has been done many times, especially in vertical and short dramas. It lacks freshness or originality.

🚫 Unconvincing Intimacy

The intimacy is poorly handled. It feels like the show is just teasing the audience. It’s obvious the actors are just performing, and there’s no real chemistry or depth. I’ve seen many vertical dramas where intimate scenes are done much better and are actually convincing.

📝 Weak and Illogical Script

The writing is full of foolishness and plot holes. For example:

What’s the need for FL to investigate the Dean’s death herself?
No one at the hospital seems to care, not even the Dean’s family or maybe the writer just forgot to write one. FL could have simply handed over the phone to the police and let them investigate. Instead, she chooses to put herself in unnecessary danger.

Sudden change in ML’s behavior.
On one night, he’s flirting with FL, insulting her, and keeping his distance. But the very next day, he suddenly wants to be close to her at work, be friends, and even gets jealous. Then he’s completely obsessed with her. This emotional flip happens too fast and makes no sense.

The story moves too quickly.
Probably due to time constraints, everything feels rushed. The emotional beats don’t get enough time to land, and there’s no room for the story’s feelings to shift and settle naturally.

🏁 Overall

This is an okay drama for killing time. It’s "easy on the eyes", but it doesn’t connect with the "heart or mind". Everything looks good on the surface visually pleasing but lacks emotional depth and logical storytelling.

I'm dropping it because I can't tolerate a female lead whose character and arc are written so poorly/stupidly.

⋘ ────── {⋆。゚☁︎。⋆。 ✨ My Reason for Hitting 'Play' on This One ✨ ⋆。゚☁︎。⋆。} ────── ⋙

💫 1) For Cheng Cheng
Honestly, I started this drama for Cheng Cheng. In his early projects, I didn’t appreciate his acting I didn’t consider him a good actor and often skipped his work.
But look at me now I open every one of his projects the moment they drop. Why? Because I’ve grown to truly admire his performance, screen presence, and undeniable handsomeness.
That said, I only continue watching if the project itself is actually worth it. He’s evolving day by day, truly shining not like those actors whose acting graph remains flat between their first and last dramas. Cheng Cheng is growing, and it's visible. So yes, here I am fully tuned in.

🌀 2) The Wrong Synopsis (But Right Drama?)
I actually got pulled into this drama by mistake. The synopsis I read made me believe this was a completely different, beautiful story. Turns out someone had added the wrong synopsis from another drama that coincidentally had the same lead pairing.
But no regrets! Because even though the story was different, this drama turned out to be pretty good on its own.

⋘ ────── {⋆。゚☁︎。⋆。 What I Loved About This Drama ⋆。゚☁︎。⋆。} ────── ⋙

A Heartfelt Journey of Love, Charm & Genuine Emotions

I really enjoyed this drama from start to finish. The Male Lead (ML) is genuinely good throughout, unlike other versions where they think of killing the Female Lead (FL) to get what they want and don’t care initially. The ML is charming in every outfit he wears. The chemistry between ML and FL is delightful, with many memorable moments.

The FL is portrayed as a timid, innocent, simple, and underconfident girl. Her casting was perfect, and the chemistry between the ML and FL felt natural and genuine. Their shared moments are beautifully directed, and the emotional connection is visible in their eyes whenever they look at each other.

Some of my favorite characters include:

ML's mother – Her actions are justified. She’s not cruel, just a mother willing to do anything for her child. The direction beautifully portrays by expressions .
ML’s assistant – A supportive and lovable presence.
FL’s sister – That was such a beautiful, meaningful, brave, and satisfying moment. When FL’s sister confronted and threatened the ML, it showed that at least the sister isn’t selfish I really liked her character.

💫 Favorite Scenes:

1. The Drunken Confession & First Kiss
When FL gets drunk and tells the ML, "You're good-looking, but I can't like you. You're expensive. Can you give me a discount? I only have 99 yuan."
From the restaurant to the bed this entire sequence was beautifully shot. The lighting, screenplay, and setup complemented the emotions perfectly. And of course, their first kiss felt magical.

2. The Dance Scene
Simple yet intimate, it captured their growing affection in the most graceful way.

3. When ML Stopped FL From Being Intimate
The fear in ML’s eyes, his vulnerability it was such a meaningful and satisfying moment. It showed strength, not weakness, and was beautifully done.

💗 The kisses in this drama are passionate and filled with emotion. The transition from hospital to home, and eventually to intimacy, is portrayed delicately and aesthetically.

One great improvement in this version is the "proper explanation of ML's curse", which other versions often neglect. Also, no one dies in this one which makes it even better.

The line "I don’t hate you, but I don’t love you anymore" said by the FL was powerful and refreshing. It added emotional depth .

I love how ML’s yearning for FL is shown in his eyes.

⋘ ────── {⋆。゚☁︎。⋆。 ✘ What I Disliked ⋆。゚☁︎。⋆。} ────── ⋙

1. FL’s toxic family – Their behavior is frustrating and unjust.
2. Unnecessary academic rivalry, jealousy, and bullying – Targeting the FL repeatedly felt unreasonable and annoying.
3. Villains coming back again and again – Their repeated returns and constant drama were unnecessary. I don’t understand why writers don’t just end their roles once and for all.

⋘ ────── {⋆。゚☁︎。⋆。 🌸 Overall Impression ⋆。゚☁︎。⋆。} ────── ⋙

It’s a truly beautiful drama that’s worth your time. The couple and their chemistry are the soul of the show, and the characters surrounding them ML’s mom, the assistant, and FL’s sister make the story even richer.

I absolutely loved it.💕

Foolish Yet Fun – Still Watchable

My Take:It was a really good, light-hearted, and fun romantic drama. The chemistry between the leads and the emotional push-and-pull made it engaging and enjoyable. However, one thing that didn’t sit right with me was how the female lead (FL) was repeatedly bullied that part was genuinely frustrating. Given that the male lead (ML) is portrayed as a powerful and wealthy man, he should have been more protective and cautious when it came to FL’s well-being. For someone of his status, ensuring her safety and dignity shouldn’t have been a big deal. That late of action felt instupidity with his deep love and obsession for her.

synopsis : Dressed seductively and slightly intoxicated, the female lead (FL) waits for her fiancé. She plans to spend the night with him, hoping to conceive a child because bearing an heir is the only condition set by her family to claim the inheritance. But when the door opens, it isn’t her fiancé it’s the male lead (ML), a stranger to her. They end up spending the night together. In the next scene, FL wakes up in a moving car, thinking everything was just a dream. The driver informs her that her fiancé sent the car to bring her to a special location. However, upon arriving, she catches her fiancé in an intimate moment with her stepsister. Heartbroken and humiliated, she breaks off the engagement on the spot.Just then, a stranger offers her an escape from the scene. Desperate and devastated, she leaves with him unaware that he is the same man from the night before, and that he is, in fact, the ML.Soon after, FL and ML marry. As the story unfolds, it's revealed that the night they spent together was not a dream it actually happened. In fact, it was either an accidental or secretly planned encounter orchestrated by ML. Back in school, FL had once saved ML during a dark period of his life, becoming his only light and hope. He has loved her ever since. The car, too, was part of ML’s plan he wanted to reveal the true face of her fiancé so she could be free to choose a better path.ML, now an ultra-rich and powerful yet emotionally guarded man, hides his real identity from FL. He pretends to be a kind, humble, and possibly a doctor matching the qualities FL once described as her “ideal man” during their school days.Despite being married, ML avoids physical intimacy, afraid that once FL has a child and secures her family inheritance, she might leave him. He’s terrified of losing her, so he keeps delaying the consummation of their marriage. What follows is a complex, emotional game of hide and seek: FL tries to seduce her husband, unaware of his true identity and hidden fears, while ML desperately tries to hold on to her without revealing the truth that might shatter everything.

puppy love

Mild spoiler!

There seems to be a major inconsistency regarding the lead characters' ages, either due to a writing error or a subtitle mistake. The male lead is currently 22 years old, while the female lead is 32. It's mentioned that they first met 10 years ago, which would mean he was only 12 and she was 22 at the time. However, this doesn't match the storyline, as their past interactions clearly depict them as being much closer in age, not a child and an adult.

It's the classic concept: when someone is in your life, you often fail to value them. But once they’re gone, you realize their worth. Unfortunately, this creates an opportunity for someone else, someone who has always loved them sincerely and wants to cherish them for a lifetime, to step in and win their heart.

I believe both male leads are of the same age, so the dynamic of seniority or junior status doesn’t come through naturally. The casting should have been done more thoughtfully to clearly reflect the intended age and hierarchy differences.

Overall, the drama is quite enjoyable. The couple shares a sweet relationship, it's that innocent, heartwarming kind of puppy love.

Mentionable things : FL and ML mother is good.

good executed romantic and investigating drama

Synopsis:
The female lead’s brother, a dedicated police officer, is gravely injured on duty and falls into a coma. Before the coma, he entrusts his close friend and colleague the male lead with the responsibility of looking after his younger sister, who works as a reporter now . The male lead doesn’t marry her out of obligation, but because he had already fallen for her long before. However, the female lead is unaware of his true feelings and believes the marriage is just a formality or duty. As the story progresses, the couple slowly opens up to each other, sharing their thoughts and feelings, eventually realizing and accepting that they genuinely love one another.

My Take:
The execution of the story was very well done. The couple loved eachother , and the cast overall was strong. I especially enjoyed the bromance between the male lead and his brother-in-law their camaraderie added a pull and push ,warm and emotional touch to the narrative. This isn’t just a love story; it also weaves in a parallel crime investigation plot, which moved at a steady and engaging pace. The storyline had the right flow and balance between romance and investigation.

However, one aspect that disappointed me was the female lead’s performance. Her acting or perhaps her character's portrayal felt restrained, as if she was holding herself back and not fully immersing into the role.

Overall, it was a good drama worth watching.

Love yourself, and people will naturally love you.

Chen Yu An and Quan Rui |concept : two sister exchange their husbands after rebirth | my take : The couple shares a great rapport, and the male lead (ML) is not blinded by the supposed "saving grace" of the second female lead (2FL); he takes action against her when necessary. The mother-in-law is portrayed as a good and supportive character. Both the ML and female lead (FL) have personalities that reflect kindness towards the good and firmness towards the bad, with a strong sense of guiding those who are lost back to the right path. There’s no toxicity in the story, making it a drama truly worth watching.| https://youtu.be/lx1YIGr-oe0 |

Constructing a Beautiful Lie for Myself

"If someone is under an illusion, you can help them out of it. But if they choose to stay in that illusion, you can’t do anything. This story is exactly like that."

When it comes to the acting, all the actors did a commendable job. The direction, screenplay, and overall presentation were good. The pacing of the story was smooth and the flow felt natural. Its engaging and i enjoyed how everything unfolded.

However, there were a couple of moments in the writing that didn’t sit well with me. For instance, I found it unconvincing when the female lead accepted the male lead as her husband just because the doctor told her that her actual husband's body wouldn't survive. That was her only reasoning? She didn’t take even a moment to process it. It felt like she was simply looking for a substitute “If my husband isn't here, I’ll accept the brother-in-law instead” whether that felt right or not. And the very next moment, she even moved to the same bed with him. As if she just couldn’t bear to be without a husband. It felt rushed and emotionally shallow. If she truly wanted to accept him, it would have felt convincing had she done so when the male lead was trying to win her over by recalling their past memories. That moment would’ve made her acceptance feel genuine and emotionally grounded.

Later, when the female lead becomes pregnant, the writer had the option to officially write her marriage to the male lead (her brother-in-law), but they didn’t take that route.

Now, why did I say:

"If someone is under an illusion, you can help them out of it. But if they choose to stay in that illusion, you can’t do anything. This story is exactly like that."

Let me explain—

Even though the male lead was living as a substitute for his brother, he genuinely longed for the female lead's love, which is fake cause she is loving him cause she thought he is her husband - that fake love is illusion for ML . And the female lead, she knew he wasn’t her husband. The final scene subtly confirms this, showing that she was fully aware, yet still chose to live in that illusion.

Let’s decode the last scene:
When the male lead mom's leaves a letter for the female lead and ML suddenly realizes she might read it and runs to stop her. But she’s listening to music and doesn’t notice. The letter is left unread. When he opens it, it’s blank,a seemingly empty sheet, making it appear as if his mother hadn’t written anything.

But then we see the two sitting together, holding hands, smiling. As soon as the male lead takes a sip of tea, the female lead’s smile fades slightly. That’s a callback(for audience ) to an earlier scene where his mother had pointed out:
“You don’t even know how to hold a teacup like your brother.”

This moment suggests that the female lead noticed that detail, but chose not to react.
This means: She had already read the letter and replaced it with a blank sheet. Because she didn’t want to shatter the illusion she had chosen to live in.

This subtle truth was left for the audience to uncover, it wasn’t visually spelled out in the film. And that’s the brilliance of the ending, it invites interpretation, if you’re willing to look closely.

The story also raises some serious moral questions:

1)Gu Hao Xun : Is it right for a man to pursue a relationship with his sister-in-law while his elder brother is in a coma? That’s deceptive and deeply disrespectful to both the woman and society. If you truly love someone, approach them as yourself, not as someone else’s replacement. How madly obsessed are you with this one-sided love? Your mother is dying, yet you haven’t woken up to the situation. Your brother is dead, and instead of giving him a proper farewell, you’re busy indulging in pleasures with his wife. its lust dude .

2)Gu Hao Nan : Let’s say the elder brother did share all his secrets with his younger brother, but if he even discussed intimate details of his married life, that makes him downright indecent.

3)Ye Zhi Xia : In the end, when the FL finds out the truth, instead of confronting it and making a conscious decision, she chooses to keep herself in the illusion. That’s not romantic,it’s ridiculous.

overall its engaging good drama all because of presentation and acting .
