Ho hum. If they had hot chemistry, they’ll be saying it’s westernized. They’re a loving couple and perfect…
Hahaha, is he stocky? I thought he was quite slender?🤣

EDIT: Actually, I'm changing my mind on her being stocky 🤣, she's just very short, cute-ish not pretty, and looks her age, IMO (although there's nothing wrong with that!). But she has such a fabulous personality, and is so intelligent, you can easily see why he fell in love with her and stayed in love with her.

Loved it on a video where he was asked "What makes you happy?" and one of the things was "Watching Nickki make coffee in the morning" :)

And btw, I always laugh when fans rave about his German skills -- "His German sounds like a native" . He IS a native :) Born and raised in Germany, sounds like any other German (I live in Austria, so can tell the difference between native and non-native German speakers :) )

All told though, a very impressive couple. Both of them.

Holding my opinion on this one. Loved Episode 1, Episode 2 wasn't that interesting to me. Superb performances by every actor in it, and I'm interested to learn more about Shin's past but, so far, it's just not coming together for me. Hopefully I'll change my mind as more episodes are released, as I want to like this one, as the characters are beautifully written, but it's missing something for me.

Well hell, that was a nice surprise. I hate K-dramas that drag a story like that out for 97 episodes :) Happy I was wrong :) (And that child is such a good actor, btw).

Hahahaha, I'm currently agreeing with everything you're saying :)

Okay the last 5 minutes left me with a smile on face so everything else aside I'm happy, lol.
Same. The writer definitely redeemed herself after Ep. 15, and did a beautiful job of bringing it all home. Will now be watching other projects she's written, as she knows what she's doing when it counts :)

Love love how beautiful she looked in the last segment of the finale. She literally took a load off from taking…
She's stunning in real life too. Plus, I kept thinking the whole way through what absolutely gorgeous skin she has. All dewy and glowy :)

Yep. Just watched a video yesterday of Teo Yoo talking about his wife -- 12 years older than him, average looking and stocky, but fabulously talented and with a wonderful personality, and he is SO in love with her after 17 years of marriage, he can hardly contain himself :) So cute! And that's what real love is all about -- good looks are boring 15 minutes after you get used to them. The person and who they are is for life :)

Might be an unpopular opinion, but the leads don’t have chemistry.
They do, and they have brilliant chemistry in Episode 16.

The actress (Jeon Do Yeon) is also starring in the Netflix film 'Kill Boksoon' at the end of the month where she is absolutely kickass as a professional killer. Can't wait to watch it. She is so talented.

Same for mine :) My parents and I have spent our whole lives SCREAMING at each other about something, then 10 minutes later, moved on and it's never mentioned again :) I have fabulous parents, by the way, couldn't have asked for better -- it's just what works for us :)

Only thing odd about Episode 16 was the Nam Hae Yi story that suddenly wasn't. No apology to Nam Haeng Seon for treating her like garbage, and no mention of going to Japan ever again. Bizarre.

But.. overall, a beautifully written episode that brought every plot point back to a fabulous ending. The writer definitely redeemed herself after Ep. 15 :) It was also lovely to see some real chemistry between Choi Chi Yeol and Nam Haeng Seon's again. A wonderful episode to end a superb drama.

Oh it's definitely running the whole way through :) I think we'll find out a lot more about the scumbag husband going forwards. Remember, at the end of the first episode Shin said "It's no longer a divorce mediation. It's a trial".

Trials are complicated and take a long time, so this is the main story of the entire drama.

Personally, I'm enjoying it but, if you're not that interested in the divorce case, it may not be the right drama for you?

First episode is excellent. Interesting characters, a scumbag for a villain, superb performances (the child is amazing) and cool music I'd never heard of before. :) This one is much better than I expected it to be.

k-writers always lose their creativity at 15-16 episodes and always write the biological mothers as annoying and…
Was just thinking the same this morning. Crazy Love, Hometown Cha Cha Cha and a couple of others are the only K-dramas I can think of that started strong and ended strong. So many others fizzle somewhere past the halfway mark, and then become an enormous chore to finish.

Sorry, the minute someone throws down the woke term 'ableist' I tune out. Because isn't that the current trend? Let's support anyone doing anything they want, even if it's terrible for themselves and for society at large, just so we, the woke, can "prove" how "accepting" we are. So tired of the current woke b.s. I could vomit. (But, thank God, most of society (ie: those with common sense) are turning against it).

And, as I mentioned, there are many emotionally mature people with mental ages the same as their physical age who have Asperger's (I've worked with two of them in the past) and so yes, if they want to be in a relationship, more power to them. Jae Woo, as he is portrayed in Crash Course in Romance, however, isn't one of them.

So you mean it is justified that while her son was waiting for her , she was having fun with her lover lolz Custody…
Don't forget, a lot of people commenting on here are either teenagers or people with very limited/no experience in relationships. So you will always get people vehemently disagreeing with you, with no idea what they would actually do themselves if they were in a similar situation.

(I've only been in one bad relationship, and I immediately left, but I do understand why people dont' always make the same decision especially when children are invovled, which is why I don't judge anyone, as their situations/backgrounds/upbringing are often massively different than my own).

I agree with you. The husband is incredibly abusive, and it was one phone call. A phone call, bythe way, she didn't even know was FROM her son, as her lover turned her phone off before she could see who was calling.

She is obviously by far the better parent, whereas the father is physically and mentally abusive to her (photographs her underwear daily, has her send him photos every 30 minutes of where she is and who she's with, WTF?), and at least mentally abusive to his son. (shows a 9 year old his mother's sex tape).

Yep, If a marriage/relationship is a strong, healthy one, people rarely cheat. Unless they are a serial cheater, and there are some people like that. In most cases, though, like your mother said, there is something very wrong with the relationship to start with.

If it was me, I would leave the relationship before I would cheat (I was just brought up that way by two very moral parents who wouldn't anymore cheat on each other than they would murder someone :) ) -- but I do see why some people can't/don't/won't. Especially when there are children involved.
