I like how the childhood part didn't become the reason for the ML to fall in love with the FL.
But one thing I must mention is that I pity Deok Im. To me, she may have loved the king, but she never wanted to become a highness. You can tell she did it for love and to keep her friends and lady close to her. After all, her brother got executed and had nobody else in her life anymore.
Ok so it's wrong for Koreans to let producers film dramas where the previous kings are portrayed corrupt, which is why Joseon Exorcist got called, but totally okay if corrupt kings who mass murdered, raped and human trafficked are displayed sweet over time, like in this drama WHILE both mentioned series are fictional.
I dont know what Kim Hye Yoon is doing in the last episode, but she totally ruined the romance part. Before you could feel the tension and love between the leads, but in the last episode she looked uncomfortable the whole time. It felt like she didn't love him but instead sees him more like a friend. Like she is tired of filming the drama and wanted to go.
Witch Court has an amazing OST which I like better.
It's written in the synopsis. "His life is perfect, but, one day, Eun Ho appears in front him. His life suddenly changes."
The trailer also shows the concept of her randomly continuously showing up in his life.
