for me it is. from first to last he truly couldn’t help her. he did help her but not something thats remarkable. his plans for the tians's ruin always failed. towards the end he couldn’t do much for her. but left her with the weight of never getting loved by her lover. that added more to her sorrow.

I mean with her plan. Everytime her plan fails because she always makes them according to the past. I want her to go forward with foolproof plans. of course others have to help in the process. but I dont always want ml to help her

the ml only added more sorrow in li zhen's life. he couldn’t even help her in anything. her life already had so many struggles. he just added more and more. all of his plans were useless too. they way they showed him at first was completely misguiding. I have never hated any ml character like this before. the story went downill towards the end. the ending is such a disappointment.

I started it when it was airing. but stopped after 29. It was kind of getting boring, messy and rushed. finally ended it today. it didnt live up to my expectations towards the ending.

the starting of this drama was so good. but it became kind of boring and the story went downhill especially after seventh grandmother's death. since ep 1, the only happy event in li family was li zhen earning princess's honour. tian family's scheming became too much repetitive. I thought we will see how much the business of li family grow outside of huizhou. As for ml I thought he would be at least calculative. but he kept failing in his plans. he came to take revenge but couldn’t do a single thing by himself. dare I say its disappointing towards the end

as I said they have to listen whatever their agencies or companies say. everyone's management is different. they have different companies and management system. thats why I said "80%". like li landy and liu yi fei dont like to stay bone thin. they can stay like that because their agencies respect their opinion. song wei long has become too much thin recently. also they give auditions before taking a role.

future viewers if you are thinking to stop after ep 1, then please dont stop. First episode might feel kinda rushed and cheap but it just gets better and better from ep 2. the scheming is brain wreaking. everyone is so smart.
