Tbh, I have dropped a few of his recent dramas but this one is pretty good so far! I actually liked him when he acted with Cheng Xiao (check out Falling into your smile when you have a chance).

Yep! I have been dropping Xu Kai last few dramas and am glad I'm staying around for both of them as well as the storyline. 👍

I also like how her makeup/or sans filter makes her skin less pale in this drama.

Read your replies in this thread.....I get the logists (valid) of your thinking but have you thought of it this way? Economic times are dire in a lot of countries, including Korea. Maybe she took this role, transient (12 eps aren't bad; lead) as it might, is better than NONE?!!

Globally, a lot of struggling people, including artists/actors/actresses, looking for jobs...Not trying to counter but rather provide another standpoint. 😁 Enjoy the drama.
