I wish there are more viewers/commenters like us who are currently watching this show. TBH, this is one show I'm currently watching sans fast forwarding like LOA, etc.

All of the female characters are intriguing and their careers/romances stories are progressing/developing beautifully.

OMG! I thought I was the only who thinks others are being selfish for not sharing with her (it isn't like she can't keep a secret or low profile/DL on things 🤣). Thanks for your candor/acknowledging/ranting about this. 👍

I love your sounding reply (indicative of intelligent/fair) and basically, I appreciate how you're vocalizing and taking a different perspective/angle for this 'character'! My beloved mom has a saying, "Even the nicest person has someone who does not like them and the meanest/most difficult person has a friend!" *wink* I get your point as well; she was not mature enough (young age) to gasp what she was giving up (i.e. freedom/commitment & diligence on becoming fake DZY/ etc) in place for a new life. Understood; she has every right to feel BITTER and to be fair, she doesn't have the social education/etc that some of us have the luxuries of having (sans parents' teachings/wisdoms/etc)! Valid. Definitely a flawed character to induce 'drama'/antagonism/comments on MDL. lol

Maybe some of us are expecting her to be 'noble' or come to the realization that 1) Yes, she was used as a pawn, however, she is still alive as opposed to the 80K soldiers and DZY's family who lost their lives!,......I feel like other commenters already listed multitude of reasonings on how she ought to be grateful for her new stationing in life.

I read your arguments/perspective (appreciate how you're putting it out there); please excuse the brevity of this reply. *I love shares and differences in opinions/viewpoints. I agreed with the sentiment of victimization for the past 10 years, however, as a humble person, one would greatly appreciate the change in circumstance (you had mentioned this). In my subjective opinion, she is greatly guilty of 'entitlement' issues! There are plenty of 'victim(s) characters' out there in the real world/or dramaland who are GRATEFUL/or complecent for their current 'better' stations in the world post 'sufferings'.

IMHO...i.e. I didn't like her 'entitled' tones and in addendum, I did not like how she was cornering and thinking she is 'better' than Ren Anle when she thought Anle was a threat (CP). As a CP and future Empress, she has to accept the fact that CP's or Emperor's affections will be shared. Off topic, she was so GOOD at playing a b*&)* that I sometime wonders if she is one in real life. lol 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️

Some entertainers (i.e. actors/etc) become more comfortable in their own skin as they mature/age; they tend to improvise and rely on their own experiences/prowess as opposed to being 'told' or less guidance. 🌟 I believed that is happening with Dilraba here; she is able to inject more humor/quirkiness in her character here! 👍

Appearance wise, I like him in historical better; maybe I'm not acclimated to the styling/dated look for Youth Memories even though he looks very attractive there as well.
