Does anyone knpw why Viki didn't pick this drama up? We should all make the request so that we can all pretend we haven't watched it at least 3 times and watch it again together with live comments on viki. :)

Just ignore - there’s a pattern with these people. Just look at the dramas they rated as 10 and you will see that they trash a highly popular drama if their fave is not the lead.

Don’t bother engaging with her/him. They’re literally saying the same thing over and over again instead of just dropping the drama.

Good point - remember that in that era women were expected to ideally get married at 18 (I think 20 was considered a bit late for women) so they were supposed to be super accomplished by 18. FL married younger than the norm but she was probably a prodigy and had mastered different things earlier (tutor or her brother). Also, she married the best scholar in the country so she most likely improved during their 3 years of marriage too. Remember how reluctant was her ex to sell the qin so he definitely would have encouraged to continue improving. She had nothing else to do at home.

No plot holes, you probably didn’t pay attention. First time she was drugged and during the party she pretended to be drunk. At no point was it implied that she can’t hold her liquor

Story of Kunning Palace if you don’t mind something darker (and a much darker ML).

Basically FL is aggressively flirting with ML trying to to kiss him but he moves her head and try to leave but FL literally plays with him more and blocks his way and pull him again. She eventually pass out in his arms and he carries her. But the whole scene is so erotic and FL is so horny LOL
