I don’t like bratty FL but I suspect the writers are setting the scene for a major character growth (if not then they’re stupid). Not sure how old they’re supposed to be but if she is a teen then I’m not sure how mature you’d expect a rebellious teen from a well off family to be. She is extremely selfish but so are most teens (I’ve seen worst during my high school days). She is clearly seeking attention and doing whatever she can not to get married off to a stranger. I think some comments are a bit extreme - she is not evil, she is very loyal to her friends and she does feel remorse in the last episode. It’s very light and a bit childish but I’m really enjoying it as the leads play their roles really well and are very charming. I also love their chemistry - you can feel it.

Same, I wish I could find a similar drama

Yes it’s not an annoying slow burn romance where the leads are totally oblivious and the writer suddenly decides they are madly in love the last 2 episodes. They did an amazing job at showing the audience how much they care and are attracted to each other (through their actions) without them having to say anything. It was sooo obvious and well done - how they both gravitate towards other all the time. And also, the ML was NOT abusive towards her except the times he had a manic episode (which he can’t control).

I don’t understand it. This is a top tier drama at all levels. And this comes from someone who who is not following the lead actors or shipping anyone.

I can’t stress this enough. This drama deserves a higher rating (when I benchmark it against others rated the same or higher). It’s nuts it’s not at least 8.9

This is nuts and disgusting (whether man or woman) - weak writing. The girl is obsessed with being a single mother and just randomly decides that he needs to be her sperm donor. The ML has literally been the only decent person she's met so it's not even like she has to take revenge on him or anything. Just weird.

The responses are honestly crazy and laughable. Imagine if the ML took advantage of the FL being drugged out and unilateraly proclaimed that she should be the mother of his kid and undress her. Viewers would most likely boycott the whole drama.

Huh? So being an assassin justifies r**? So following your logic, we should be forgiving if a burglar abuses the people they're trying to steal fron when entering their homes? What type of reasoning is this? She has no reason to kill him as he didn't hurt her and she is not affiliated with her previous sect. And they have a deal to help each other out/ So why on earth would she get a pass for this. Just simple double standard.

There are some serious hypocrites on here.

I may have missed them then but I do remember vividly in the comment section of the recent dramas I've watched people lynching the MLs for being too aggressive when kissing the FL. The FL here almost r** a man but she is praised for being cool.

Not dramatic - it's my opinion and yes I will bring gender if I want to.

Episode 5: WOW, I'm shocked that no one is condemning what she tried to do to him. If the genders were reversed everyone would be calling him all sorts of names. It's honestly really triggering. The FL is awful

The acting is pretty bad and forced in episode 1 - feels like an old drama. I hope it improves. Already some nonsensica, stuff - girl is a martial art pro but isn't able to push away one single man who is about to abuse her. WTH

But even if the romance came late I will say that they more than make up for it because the romantic scenes were proper passionate, lustful ones with a lot of real kisses and even two bed scenes and an extended final scene. Other romance heavy dramas don't actually have those type of well executed scenes

The only complaint I have about K dramas is the pace of the episodes. They drag things for way too long and I end up losing interest and watching C dramas because of this.
