Yes since the drama name is "Restart" with diff poster I assume this will be standalone. I think it will be interesting instead of making a sequel to part 1, that will be repetitive in my opinion. Hope this sequel will be good & different.

I haven't watched Japanese version so I can't comment on that. But Korean version is really toxic & romanticized abusive relationships. Will try japanese one when I have free time! I saw some comments that people are loving taiwanese version too maybe characters are not too toxic? Idk I have only watched Korean version.
