Are we actually sure that they did not shoot already the serie and these 2 episode were intentional? Because I…
There has been multiple mention of twitter comments by the director that they meant to film some SaifahZon scenes that was suppose to go in ep8, but corvid-19 forced them to cancel shooting, resulting in the purely Fighter/Tutor episode
There was also another twitter thread about the author who mentioned that there is a queue of scenes waiting to be filmed when production was suspended by corvid-19.
Blaming covid for this is lame excuses. The beach scenes were recorded 6 months ago. This series has been shooting…
Well, it was probably easier to get the beach scenes filmed and out of the way early since it is so separated from the rest of the series. Once the secured the location for the "school" and "dorm", it *should* have been fairly easy to film as much or as little as they want if they want to extend the show by adding more episodes (which according to other viewer is a fairly common thing to do when a thai show is popular).
It is perfectly understandable why they couldn't film due to corvid-19 and luckily, they had enough pre-filmed footage from the beach to stretch it out to one (or two) episodes. It is just a delaying tactic while they try to wait out the corvid-19. However, corvid-19 is an ongoing issue, and their pre-filmed beach footage will run out eventually. They would either need to suspend the series and come back in a few weeks (or months) after corvid-19, end the show at the beach, or end it on an extended animated ending like the start of the series.
Even if by some miracle they started filming again right away and continue the Zon/Saifah storyline, it will become very disjointed after a two episodes gap. Viewers would have lost the feeling of flow from the end of ep8 after such a long period. Not to mention that the only way to continue the story would be through a massive extended flashback sequence without any Tutor/Fighter since their beach vacation took what looks like 4-5 days immediately after the backstage kiss (Ep 9 is at least 2 full days, and Ep 10 looks roughly the same).
Either way, not their writers/director's fault. Everything and everyone became a victim to the disruption caused by corvid-19, but it is appropriate to point out that it had resulted in a very messy disjointed storyline that doesn't flow for anyone but Fighter/Tutor.
This production is a mess. Now they say they didn't have enough time to shoot scenes for Zon and Saifah? LOLThey…
Considering the corvid-19 is an ongoing issue, I'm not sure how they can film more scenes. Eventually, they will run out of every last drop of beach footage they filmed before, even if they are very liberal with slow-motioning every shirtless scene. Even the cutting room floor have limits.
They would need to either start filming again despite corvid-19, end the series with the beach footage (possibly end it with a long animated ending like the beginning), or suspend the series til the corvid-19 situation is over.
What you are saying may be true. I saw someone on Twitter say that they wanted 2 include a scene of Zon and Saifah…
But this is going to be an ongoing issue beyond episode 9. Unless you mean there will be no more Zon/Saifah for the rest of the series and it will just be all Fighter/Tutor at the beach as a self-isolation thing.
I am going to assume you mean that they finished filming the beach stuff and was about to start filming the Zon/Saifah scenes when filming got cancelled, so they use as much of the pre-filmed beach footage to fill up the episode.
While that is understandable, eventually, they will eventually run out of beach footage, and this corvid-19 situation isn't going away any time soon. They would need to either start filming again despite corvid-19, end the series with the beach footage (possibly end it with a long animated ending like the beginning), or suspend the series til the corvid-19 situation is over.
Btw last episode was all about saifahzon and I didnt see tutorfighter shipper come for complaining. It is exxagerate…
Last episode still had a few scenes with TutorFighter along with some scenes for the other side couples (who are they again? they show up so little I can't even remember their names). Compared to what is looking like 2 full episodes of just TutorFighter?
I'm not against two episodes of TutorFighter fluff, but timing is just horrible. Move the whole concert from episode 8 to episode 10 instead. Then at least episode 11 can have a sense of continuity after the kiss.
I actually thought that I was gonna be the only person here, saying that I missed Zon and Saifah this episode.…
Considering they still need to resolve the issue about Fighter's dad and Hwahwa, you can be sure the writer will pack tons of Fighter/Tutor in the last two episodes. It will be so jarring once they go back to Zon/Saifah since I am sure they are going to skip a few days (otherwise they can't have Fighter/Tutor since they are on their vacation). Lets hope they at least add one flashback scene for after the kiss
Ok I'd be lying if I said I did not find this episode immensely hot and sexy (Part 4 should be required viewing…
Completely agree. There are a few scenes that I think is important in the development of FighterTutor, but there are so many scenes that could have been compressed or discarded entirely as fluff. Especially considering next episode seems to be more of the same. By the time they get back to SaiZon, would any of the viewers still have the same sense of continuity from their big kiss after two episodes away?
My throat hurts from screaming at my TV this entire episode! This was freaking Intensely good! And from the preview…
Considering the fact that next episode is also about this vacation, F/T would have been away for at least 4-5 days already. Unless they backtrack a few days (which I don't see since that mean no F/T screen time), they will probably continue everyone's story a few days afterwards. At best we will see flashbacks for Zon/Saifah aftermath.
I think it's probably because Saifah Zon had the most scenes last episode. But still i love them so i'm also sad,…
But even in the last episode where the main focus was on SaifahZon, there were still a few scenes with FighterTutor. Compared to this episode where it is just FighterTutor, and what looks like next episode as well
I hope they see the popularity of the drama and consider doing another season. It's quite a problem with Thai…
Is it possible they are trying to set them up in case there is a second season? Otherwise, I agree. It seems rather pointless to add them only to have them be on for a few minutes
Being bullied by Pad, a homophobe. She even hates her gay brother. Hopefully she will come around.
True. I just feel like they can remove that couple without affecting the general storyline at all. The writers have already demonstrated that Pad is a homophobe with her brother, so it isn't really necessary to reinforce that with the two students. This is probably just me wishing they had just that time to expand further on the main couple and their friends
They did??? Yay! I didn’t finish My Tee because it was too confusing for me, but I was shipping them from the…
Maybe I was looking at a different engsub, but I don't get a sense that they are together. They seem to be maintaining the same relationship as from the show.
