Considering they barely progress the storyline for those two couples even before Ep8, I wouldn't expect much change to happen there. The best chance those two stories will be explored is if there is a second season.

I think part of the whole hysterical yell and anger is usually because at least one or both characters are still in denial about being gay. It is clear since the last installment that Mark is already fine with being gay, considering he was chasing after Bar.

Did Mark give consent? He was drunk enough to consistently mistaken Vee as Bar. I don't think he was in any shape to give informed consent. The only reason it is somewhat acceptable right now is that they glossed over the sex part, so the audience had no idea exactly how much consent was involved. Either way, I hope this end well for Mark though

For now. I don't think Mark remembers everything that happened that first night. I would put down my guard once all four episodes airs

I completely agree. Took me a second to remember that they are even friends, since they haven't been together on screen in so long.

From what I hear, the mass majority of the Fighter/Tutor scenes were filmed at the time of shutdown, so if you find their story a mess, it isn't really due to covid19.

Yah, their story is going to be very choppy for the rest of the season. Not surprising, since it isn't like they can fill in the gaps using scenes from before the concert when they didn't get together yet. This greatly limit the amount of extra footage they could use as gap-fillers

Yep, it is impossible to add more episodes since production is finished. The amount of work it would take to add new episodes would be same as adding a new season. That is not even considering Covid

The only issue I have with Man/Type is that the longer they drag this out, the less time they have to get together.

I highly recommend watching the My Tee episode of Our Skyy. It is basically a great conclusion to the series

Oh, I fully admit that this is a common trope. But it is certainly the most drama-filled direction and shows survive on drama, so I'm not surprised it went in this direction.

The problem is just Gun being cute is not enough of an explanation for the school's obsession with him. The amount of lines that need to be adjusted basically require a wholesale re-write of the series. It is just a very bad casting considering the characteristic of the Gun role

Yah, I agreed that the casting for Gun is pretty bad considering the reputation he supposed to have. He does look very cute, which is fine, but that doesn't fit how he is supposed to be perceived by the university.

It sounds like they needed that extra time to re-edit the remaining episodes based on the missing scenes. Taking a week break to do a BTS is not exactly by choice

From what I heard, they were originally supposed to air mid-2020, after filming is completed. However, a slot opened up in early 2020 and it was offered to the show. Since they think they can finish the filming in time, they accepted the move, resulting in the current situation due to corvid-19. It ended up being a terrible decision, but corvid-19 isn't exactly something that most people predicted.

From the statement, the finale is mostly filmed already. So we will get the Saifah/Zon ending. We'll just be missing a good chunk of middle sections between the kiss and the ending. That is what the special episode sounds like it will be doing: Re-telling the SaifahZon storyline from the kiss to the ending, but with the missing scenes filled in.
