Last official statement said 14 episodes INCLUDING special. So 13 for the plot. No one knows the ending, but the…
It is entirely possible that 14 eps was the original plan and that they realized as they reedited the episodes that they can't stretch the footage they have to 14 eps and cut it down to 13. After all, plans change. But if so, you would think they would do better promotion that the next episode is the final episode.
Yes, completely random especially the last scene. It's not even a question of missing scenes or lack of character…
I think if they had kept Blue and Dew as enemies, it would be much more understandable. S1 BlueDew would be just introducing their characters, and a potential S2 would actually show their storyline. The current decision basically destroy any potential to showcase their story. That is just disappointing.
The number of people complaining about scenes being "choppy" and lack of Saifah and Zon when the production team…
The lack of SaifahZon and the choppiness of their storyline is forgivable due to covid19. It been a slight issue even in the first half of the show, but fine, we can just chalk it all up to the virus.
For me, what makes it all choppy is the side couples. Either remove them entirely or actually show them more. They appear so rarely that half the time they appear, I don't even remember their names any more. For DewBlue, they went from enemies to friends with no notice. For JapanTanthai , they never seem to change since the beginning. The side couples contribute so little that you wonder why they even include them at all. It just makes ever scene they appear in jarring and wrong like I accidentally switched channel to another show.
Sooooo according to Lacrima on YT she heard that the director said in a livestream there will only be 13 eps.…
The only statement we got from the the director so far is that there will be 14 episodes. And that the extra SaifahZon episode would not be part of the 14 episodes. I guess it is plausible that they really couldn't find enough extra scenes to fill in the missing gaps and have to reduce the episode count by one, but I haven't heard anything about it so far
Dew & Blue’s scene was so random? We didn’t even get scenes leading up to their romance.
For BlueDew, my best guess would be that some of the missing unfilmed scenes include the transition from enemy to friends? We all know that ep 9 + 10 were not meant to focus entirely on just FighterTutor, so I assume there were supposed to be a few scenes on the side characters. That is my best guess, cause otherwise, they really dropped the ball in that storyline.
Okay, I'll definitely cut this series some slack, due to the COVID situation. As for this episode:Wow, Zee was…

They really should have removed all the soccer players and only focus on them if there was a second season. There is basically no overlap with the main storylines and they appear so rarely that every appearance is very jarring.
Was surprised with the latest episode. It didnt look like small scenes patched together just like ep11. I understood…
That is because most of the FighterTutor storyline was filmed at the time of the shutdown. I believe there was mention that it was 90% of their scenes were filmed. That is why the show said they will be shifting the focus of the last few episodes to focus on FighterTutor. If you look at just SaifahZon or the side couples, everything becomes much more choppy.
omg, calm down. It's 'messy' because of COVID. Most of these scenes were edited together so we can keep having…
It would be understandable if this was a recent issue. The imbalance has been there since the start. There had been so little scenes of the side couples since the start that I don't even see why they included them at all (I'm talking about the soccer players). Unless you are arguing that the last few episodes were originally going to heavily focus on the soccer players?
No matter how "messy" COVID made this production, I don't think anyone can argue that FighterTutor got skinship and kisses to excess. Even if you cut their kisses to a quarter, it would still be more than everyone else put together. And I highly doubt even COVID had forced the production to include 4x the FighterTutor scenes than the original plan. While I cut them a lot of slack for how choppy the last few episodes had been, it doesn't change the fact that this show has been imbalanced and messy since the beginning.
This doesn't mean the show couldn't still be entertaining, it just mean that there are valid criticism to be made.
Okay so just watched episode 12. And it was arguebly better than past 2 episodes. I'm not gonna say it was the…
I agree with you 100%. Originally, I thought that the extended animated sequence was because they couldn't film it due to the production shutdown, but it is clear that isn't the case from the last part and preview since they *did* film a second vacation. Why couldn't they have taken some of those beach scenes and make that in to a dreamy fantasy sequence for Zon's daydream? It is just jarring to see such a long animated sequence after such a long absence (since ep1, I believe). Not to mention I found the dubbing for the animated sequence to be really bad compared to ep 1.
Also, why does Tutor even need to tag along on this vacation. Fighter could easily have shown up at Tutor's place and reconcile there. There is zero reason they needed to intrude on SaifahZon aside from trying to force another beach vacation for FighterTutor. They could easily have done SaifahZon at the beach with FighterTutor back at university in between beach scenes (which I will be generous and assume that was the original plan for ep 9 + 10 in reverse). Since the scenes being aired now was filmed before production shutdown, they can't even blame the virus on why they set it up like this.
Tutor and Fighter's scenes were filmed long time ago (they were the first of the drama that was filmed) their…
The issue with separating out the couples by season is that there is enough overlap between Zon and Tutor that it would be hard to do one storyline without spoiling the other. Especially the two Zon&Tutor scenes these last two episodes would reveal way too much regardless of which couple they focused on first in the first season. Also, Zon's storyline only works well if it concurrent with Fighter/Tutor. So S1 would be FighterTutor and S2 would be SaifahZon that happens concurrently with S1?
I think the biggest issue is that their storyline basically developed completely off screen. You basically feel like you missed half the story every time the show goes back to the soccer players. With such a choppy storyline, it isn't surprising that the audience has a hard time connecting with the two characters
I dont actually hate it! I think all the actors are good. From what I understand is the couples are actually from…
I believe that there are 3 novels, FighterTutor, SaifahZon, and BlueDew. Considering there is barely any interaction, they should have removed all mention of BlueDew (and the rest of the soccer players really), and do that as a separate BL show. Maybe with a few cameo by the other two couples.
The other two couples had much more interaction, making it much harder to separate. That is probably why they merged the two novel into this current season. The problem is that the tone for FighterTutor (Drama) and SaifahZon (Comedy) is so different that it feels jarring going between the two storylines. They should have chosen a tone and just rewrite the other novel so it share a similar tone. Alternatively, they should have kept it as 3 shows. However, I can see the studio not wanting to do that since there would be significant spoilers just because of the shared interaction scenes between Tutor and Zon.
In the series they basically have no plot. They hated each other before and now they're all lovey-dovey, no explanation…
Considering how much they left out, they can basically create a season two for just the side character that happens concurrently as season one, since there is basically 0 overlap between the side characters and the two main couples
1. There are 14 episodes - confirmed by production2. No one knows, u can ask the production on their Twitter or…
Also, from the statements, it sound like most of the Fighter/Tutor scenes were filmed already, hence the heavier focus on them in the remaining episodes. It is SaifahZon and the side characters that still have a good amount of missing scenes. Hence the promise for a makeup special SaifahZon episode.
From the comments, it sounds like he said that Zol's story gave a good ending to SaiZon, but for FighterTutor…
I have to say, I somewhat hope the ending for FighterTutor isn't good. Mostly because that would make it more likely for a second season so they can end up together.
