(Just to clarify for any misunderstandings that might follow, my answer only points to "Prince Annan", not "Jin An".. ^^) 3. It was quite early, at Ep 15~ (a romantic night with fireworks🎆). 4. Su Mu Yang, the crown prince.. He was her childhood sweetheart and first love, but their relationship had already ended before Shuang even met Jin An. (Don't worry about him, tho.
