I don't understand the low rating in Douban. I find the drama really good, and the cgi is exceptional, compared…
I also found a comment under [Marcus Here's] latest episode saying it's part of the LOTFG toxic fans, due to their displeasure with the new pairing of Cheng Lei with Song Yi as his female co-star. They are delusional about the LOTFG couple being "the only true couple", be it on or off-screen, that they should be the real deal. Dunno if this is true, but it's also mentioned that Cheng Lei’s team had to ask those fans to stop attacking [Shadow Love] last week...
This info may or may not be true, so please just take it with a grain of salt~ And this doesn't refer to every fan who just loves the LOTFG drama, but only the ones who caused harm.
The opening credit is so lit✨ Love the FL lollll XD She's so feisty. After watching many historical C-dramas with heavy plots, watching this one gives a fresh feeling~
I think she did? She told him it was the Emperor's wish to kill him to avoid calamity . And that her going against…
I don't think he'll turn evil just because of his conversation with Shuang alone. However, this could be the catalyst. In my opinion, he's like a ticking time bomb (a mild one for now), ready to explode at any moment. He's endured many unfairness since childhood, and his last straw of hope was our FL, which you know how things went...
She is the only one that could play this role. Perfect casting (both Song Yi and Cheng Lei). I've always liked…
So true about what you've said. I felt her suppressed pain gush out in that moment. She's the general, a leader of many followers, so all LS could do was sob in silence while still acting strong in front of many. 😢
You cannot kill a prince and you cannot defy royal decrees. If you do you sentence 3 family generations to death…
This is just my thinking. About Prince Li humiliating the CP that way, I think he knows he wouldn't be punished severely or even not at all, which is why he's acting so arrogantly. The emperor just told him off for trying to assassinate the CP and being impatient but he wasn't punished from what I see... Also, due to the CP's weakness... he just doesn't stand up for himself in any way, just accepting the punches. :/
She has a whole family and army to protect. The CP should know that if it was up to her, she would sacrifice herself,…
He's gonna be yet another tricky opponent for the leads, more so because he was the FL's close friend (at least). If that relationship is still valid for them that is.. 😅
I felt pity for him when he was humiliated by his brother, but that last scene of Ep22 snapped me back to my senses, lol.
well that kind of person just don't understand that this is just a "DRAMA"."FICTION/FANTASY" just…
💯✨ They can go watch a documentary or something if all they do is just whining about how boring a fictional fantasy romance storyline is to them under that particular drama's comment section... :v

Let's wait and see tho. I hope Mo Yin soon realises that he was wrong about his senior brother, the evil sorcerer.
Lol I also hope he doesn't, and we know he won't, most likely... X")
