On Ep 2 and the ML is kinda freaking me out… lol

This is literally my most highly anticipated drama coming out of China. I just randomly come on this page to get my hopes up on a release date... :(
I swear these two had chemistry for days in Love is Sweet so I'm losing my mind to see them paired up again in a xianxia!!! ❤

He has been one of my main favorite supports ever since he played Bok Joo’s uncle!! xD
Overjoyed that he’s getting his first ML role hopefully!!

*edit: just double-checked his discography and I’ve actually liked him ever since he played the sous chef in Oh My Ghostess!

Not gonna lie I was kinda holding out hope that IU would change her mind... But Kim Ji Won's an actress that I really like, so looking forward to her performance in Queen of Tears with KSH! <3

Currently reading this webtoon and super pumped that it’s getting a KDrama adaptation! I could totally see Shin HyeSun doing a good job as JiEum! WOO~~

Good to know! But from what I’ve read mentioned above maybe a switch to a slice-of-life plot line/finale might suit this show better than some of the “messiness” of the writing. Not really sure what it is specifically since I haven’t watched yet, but from what I gather this dramas strongest point are the popularity of some of its characters rather than the story itself, lol. xD

Omgggg your simping pretty much convinced me. I’ve really been loving the green flag galore going on in dramaland recently!!

Oh and don’t worry I’ve gotten used to skipping shows & only watching the leads interactions, haha. The character you described the ML as reminds me of myself waaaaaay too much to not give this show a shot! And I know exactly what you mean by a man of action and little words because I saw a clip of the heat pack scene on YT where he saw the FL cramping. *internal squealing*

Not gonna lie you’ve definitely given plenty of reasonable reasons to be turned off from watching tho. Hmmm I guess I’ll have to wait to see how they end it.

Interesting… so it’s basically a rollercoaster of up and downs. I think I’ll wait for the drama to finish and ASSUMING the ending doesn’t flatline, I’d give this show a chance. I’ve seen enough clips on YouTube to be intrigued at the very least.

I’ve seen some clips of the show and he comes off as very stiff/stoic, but seeing how I’ve had multiple people naming him as a fav. character u guys have made me change my mind! A 7.5 overall rating is so-so I’d probably still give it a try though.
