This is the first time that I've genuinely felt that someone was robbed. I ended up dropping the drama, but even I can attest that her performance was incredible!!! Such a shame...
Look, I'll speak for myself, it's visually refreshing, the OST is wonderful, the drama has a supernatural vibe,…
CDrama OST's typically are well done but still good to hear that this one is wonderful! Happy to hear that you like the story and you made me VERY curious about Ep 8 in particular. Was that a much beloved ep among the viewers??
Very good story and best cast. You get epic scenes very few eps.
Good to know! I've actually read the book that this drama is based off (a couple yrs back) and remembering enjoying it. With Dilraba as the FL it's obvious that it'll be a no expense spared kinda show, yet epic scenes are always a plus! :)
This is also my most anticipated drama on my list, I didn't expect they release this month I thought they'd release…
I had heard whisperings about March, but as a longtime CDrama watcher I know about the release date rumors being MAJOR letdowns in the past. Thankfully this actually dropped! Glad you like it. :)
This is one of my top 5 most anticipated CDramas for this year. But other than clips from Ep 1 NOTHING else has shown up on my social media feeds... Guys, how is it???? I typically wait for dramas to finish and final reviews to roll out. But this one just has me too damn hype!!!
Solid second season. I even rewatch S1 in preparation for S2's arrival. In my opinion, season 1 was more well-rounded and better fleshed out. But season 2 brought it plenty of action and told a fast-paced & exciting story. S1=10/10. S2= 8/10. I was missing the bromance in S2 that we had in buckets for S1. (Woo-Jin & Gun-Woo's bond was still there just less... "warm" feeling imo)
The rating is criminally low, tf. This isn’t even bad. At this point, I believe the low ratings are because…
I won't comment on the ML's looks as attractiveness is subjective. But I will say that the webtoon this drama is based off of is verrrrry popular and fans of the original work were disappointed by how loosey goosey they played with sticking to the source material. Throw in a pointless and annoying love triangle and it caused plenty to drop/give poor ratings.
But the show never said they looked similar, the fake Sarah simply made use of the mystery around Sarah Kim to…
No. They did in fact allude to the two of them looking similar. SHS's character stood side by side with the grubbier looking "fake" in the mirror and was like "woooow we look so similar!" Throw in the identical dresses and the purposeful copying of her tattoos, jewelry, and makeup styles, and they were supposed to look very similar. (At least this was my interpretation. Though, as stated I didn't see the similarity in the two actresses.)
Other than that, yes as you described, the similar troubles they faced in their youth made Sarah feel a closeness to hers... and we all saw how that ended. A line that Sarah herself said to showcase this was "People aren't blinded by lies. They're blinded by trust."
The two "Sarah's" do not look similar at all regardless of what the show was preaching, lol. That whole portion was rushed af. Decent show otherwise. Nothing groundbreaking (imo).
S1=10/10.
S2= 8/10.
