Lol they should’ve just focused on the forgotten memories & repatching a broken up romance… wtf was that second half??? I literally ended up dropping this movie with 18 min left.

Choo Choo ~~ ^^

i wouldnt say it's a must watch, but I'm enjoying it. the leads are refreshingly mature, and I think the complicated…
Good to know! But from what I’ve read mentioned above maybe a switch to a slice-of-life plot line/finale might suit this show better than some of the “messiness” of the writing. Not really sure what it is specifically since I haven’t watched yet, but from what I gather this dramas strongest point are the popularity of some of its characters rather than the story itself, lol. xD

Omgggg your simping pretty much convinced me. I’ve really been loving the green flag galore going on in dramaland recently!!

Oh and don’t worry I’ve gotten used to skipping shows & only watching the leads interactions, haha. The character you described the ML as reminds me of myself waaaaaay too much to not give this show a shot! And I know exactly what you mean by a man of action and little words because I saw a clip of the heat pack scene on YT where he saw the FL cramping. *internal squealing*

ALRIGHT! You’ve convinced me lol, I want to join in on the Ji-Ho simping. xP

SML character is extremely delusional. Wasted too much screentime on that character.SFL character is simply wasted.…
Fair enough, obviously to each their own and everyone is entitled to their own opinions.

I’m kinda on the fence about this show though, so I do appreciate all the differing opinions! Thanks for your response about this “hot mess” of a show. :)

Ugh that sounds annoying… calling him delusional is spot on given that kind of behavior. :/

Not gonna lie you’ve definitely given plenty of reasonable reasons to be turned off from watching tho. Hmmm I guess I’ll have to wait to see how they end it.

When the show first aired a lot of people dropped after the first two episodes because they were expecting a frothy…
Interesting… so it’s basically a rollercoaster of up and downs. I think I’ll wait for the drama to finish and ASSUMING the ending doesn’t flatline, I’d give this show a chance. I’ve seen enough clips on YouTube to be intrigued at the very least.

Wow your user & profile pic definitely show that dedication lol. All jokes aside thanks for breaking it down for me. I’ve seen some clips of the show and he comes off as very stiff/stoic, but seeing how I’ve had multiple people naming him as a fav. character u guys have made me change my mind! A 7.5 overall rating is so-so I’d probably still give it a try though.

Oh my bad I missed that line! Yeah Ep 8 is the typical KDrama kiss/confession moment, so that makes sense.

Seeing how this post is from Ep 8, whereas now Ep 14 has wrapped up is there anything you’d add as a pro or con since then??

This drama is only so so.I watch it because of PMY.Slightly better than Forecasting Love and Weather, but that's…
That’s the thing I was pretty much getting similar vibes to Forecasting Love too, that’s why I asked! Her recent stuff just hasn’t had the same appeal to her old classics like Healer and Secretary Kim.
Are u enjoying or have u dropped?

What do u mean by 2nd ML is extremely delusional?? Not gonna lie, he’s a cutie so he upped my interest in watching.

Also, Woah sounds like it wasn’t really your cup of tea! When u say that 2nd ML had more scenes with FL does this turn into a convoluted love triangle like Cheese in the Trap, due to giving him more screen time OR is just for the confusing backstory?

Very well put thanks for your response. To summarize basically “even though it’s flawed this show is still worth watching” is what I gather. I liked how detailed u we’re about both pros and cons. I don’t think that I’d give this a shot. Also, when you say “so slow that it’s starting to become frustrating” about the main couples romance, does that mean that even by Ep 14 they still haven’t confessed/are together?

Thanks for your response, my takeaway from it is that though this isn’t a masterpiece there’s enough “spark” there to warrant a watch.
I’m an introvert as well so I shouldn’t dislike JiHo lol.

Can you expand a bit on what you mean when you say that it’s a “weird” drama?? I don’t mind childhood traumas and/or melo sadness because let’s be honest, at least one lead in most dramas comes with some childhood trauma, lol.
Also, don’t worry if I do give this a shot unless I’m completely put off by it, I typically give dramas at least 3-4 eps worth of a shot.

So it sounds like you’re leaning more towards the finishing what I started category rather than the omg must watch side. If you had to rate it out of 10 where would this drama fall?

Also, it’s a little concerning that script-wise it’s a bust, lol. So what saves this drama from being dropped?

Wait... does this have an open ending or do people like it so much that they're asking for a 2nd season?

Going into it's last 2 episodes, do you guys recommend watching this drama???
I used to really like Park Min Young, but haven't quite enjoyed her newer dramas as much as some of her old classics. Is this show a "must watch!" for anyone that's seen it or more of a "mehhhh I'm just sticking around at this point to finish it..."?!

100% agree....once you are hooked you will never stop until it finishes and you will crave for more.
We’re in total agreement, I’d even go as far as to say that LLTG 1&2 is the best Chinese drama of 2022 for me! It truly is the whole package when it comes to acting, directing, story, and visual effects.
