While seongmins actions confused me a bit, now that we are where we are I understand them.
Last season sungho insisted on going on dates with both Seonwoo and junseong before he made a decision and committed to one of them right? It was hard on the three involved but it was what he needed to do to feel like he was making the right choice. Seongmin has been less clear and honest about this than sungho was which is why it was hard on hwi and hard for us to understand. But now I totally get it! He meshes with hwi so well, but he is older and wanted to make a measured decision. As soon as he and JS went on that date he realized they are not a fit, and he pivoted back to hwi. I really love that!
Partially because hwi is the biggest angel of all time, and partially because they have so much more chemistry together. I hope seongmin sticks with hwi now, for everyone's sake.
Also, I have the exact same personality as youngjoon, and I think there isn't much of a spark between him and hanmin. Youngjoon is really bubbly and good at connecting with anyone, so if he focuses on hanmin it seems like something but I don't really feel anything between them... I dunno if it's just me but I don't bet on that connection
Moments that made me lose my mind due to laughter : awkwardness
-Meongkyum being like "Hanmin and youngjoon don't like each other at ALL" So funny - when hwi and JS realized they were rivals and went silent... it was sooo good they both are terrible at hiding their feelings so it was a perfect storm of awkward -when JS realized seongmin didn't call him!!!! -seungjin being a cheerleader for hwi, and also mediating the awkwardness btwn hwi and seongmin :-)))
I agree with another comment on here- I don't like how the producers are trying so hard to create more drama with all these secret missions and stuff. I feel like there is more than enough drama all ready! It feels unfair to meddle to that extent and forbid them to discuss it
I don't understand why seongmin called jaeseung instead of Hwi, i thought SM lost interest in Hwi after the age…
You’re right about the last two, in a way they have the best chance because they all ready know each other well ish so maybe one honest talk could put them ahead of the game
Youngjoon clearly acts according to his characteristics. He is a person who needs a certain order and doesn't…
I totally agree! My personality is exactly like youngjoons and so far I totally understand all his decisions. He watched the earlier seasons and saw where people made mistakes- not noticing cards and missing dates, or not being clear and losing a connection. I think he is being so smart and also thoughtful to MG because as he said MG is new and if they reveal his history with YJ people may consciously or unconsciously make assumptions about their relationship and let it colour - their opinion of the two - their choices with calls and dates
I respect people’s opinion of course you can find him annoying I just personally superrrr get him haha
I loveeeed season two but now with episode four I feel like we're getting to see the concept of this show shine the best it has so far
As we'd all suspected it's so interesting when more of the people are interested in a wider range of their housemates, there are so many interesting dynamics and personalities, I especially like that lots of the guys work in creative type industries
Hwi is the cutest puppy! He is like a cute puppy but courting seongmin like Junseong courted seongho it's so adorable.
I think it's interesting that when seongmin was stressed over who to call the voice over didn't have him tell us why. The editors are so smart because this makes us so much more stressed! Like maybe he did promise himself he would call different people for the first two days to keep his options open, but he was conflicted because he likes hwi the most and wanted to call him. I really don't see why he wouldn't call hwi? Maybe the age thing realllllly matters to seongmin? Or he is more into jaesung than he's letting on?
That roommate chat in the dark really flipped things again though seongmin seemed to really wanna re assure hwi. That chat is sort of like a cheat for the format of the show I love it.. they don't usually communicate so openly on the past seasons about who is calling who and why i like it
All in all I'm really loving this season now
I wanna see dates between Minseon and myeonkyun Hanmin and youngjoon And hwi and seongmin again :/)
All reality shows are scripted. All participants in His Man have assigned writers and work with them in the possible…
Scripted but not in the sense you would think. They are given prompts, encouraged to bring up certain topics, and have writers who talk them through their confessionals, etc. but they are still being spontaneous in their decisions- there are clips from season 2 cast member Danyeol on his YouTube talking to one of the his man writers and the writer talks about how shocked they were by things the cast did and said, decisions they made, etc.
So no it is not like they are told what to do or reading from a script- all reality shows have producers and so on who see narratives develop between people and make changes to the show to further them- for example with how the dates are decided or rooms are decided etc
I don’t care what anybody says Seugjin is adorable ☺️☺️☺️ he reminds me of my cats. his introverted…
I’m surprised more people are not drawn to an introverted cutie like him! As an extrovert I often find those people the ones I wanna get to know the most
Hwi and Seongmin are so cute they’re like constantly affirming their interest in each other but so shy they can’t look at each other I’m dying
It’s interesting this is the first time we’ve had mutually affirmed interest from the very beginning… it’s nice but also stressful bc they’ll inevitably have to go on dates with others and so on
I’d kind of love if they locked each other down this early it would make for a cute dynamic like JS and SH in the final eps of the last season
Am I correct is there a love triangle where they’re all attracted to each other? I’m so into it. Jaesung put his crushes in the same room and they called each other it’s Shakespearean
