Ok, after reading the original novel, now it fills the gap and surprise they did not put them to the film. ShunYi did call Shi De on the phone several time but he was exhausted and pick up by Ashley, step sister telling him that ShinDe is too busy and hang up on Shun Yi. That’s why the mis understanding start to build up. Also, Shin De did mention to Yi that his family has emergency to fix and will tell him more later but was trapped between helping the new baby, mother and her business. It just makes more sense and I wish they did include all those to make the movie smoother

there is a special edition which is longer version. for season 2, it makes more sense with special edition with all those important missing pieces.

I agree., the cast is incredible good, the story itself is not very smooth like Shi De give in so easily and keep the five years promise. The photography is so good that I rewatch many times , not to mention the fashion as well.

Don’t think so considering that’s 2021. I also wish they have S3 like how to overcome all the obstacle after Yi become a resident of the company.

In Taiwan, most uni student stay at Dom or share house or living with their parent but Yi live in a luxury apartment by himself. Also, he has a driver which indicate he is super rich.

Yiu is new actor so his acting has a space for improvement, also his Mandarin sounds funny cos he is mixed language. Sam Lin is very good in acting, he portrayed a low self esteem kids who knows not good enough for Yiu. I think so 1 is only building for the future of the story, you will have to patient to watch all the way thru. The photographer is so good though. Especially the kissing scene at the park with two trains crossing by….so romantic
