I enjoyed this drama. I didn't like every aspect of it, but I liked it enough to stay up until past 5am because I wanted to see them end up together so badly. So yeah, i binged the last 7 episodes.
I have thoughts on this series but the biggest question I have is; did they just constantly get the cat high for…
I literally just rewatched the first 5 episodes and I wondered the exact same thing!! I wondered if the cat was accustomed to the ml's house (the set) and also came to the conclusion that there had to have been catnip placed in that spot with how the cat was rubbing all over.
There are so many things that I can criticise about the drama, but the ending has left me feeling so warm inside that I'm going to ignore the actual plot. The ost gives me such comfort that I find it hard to put into words. If I had to consider the main characters' slow burn love story alone, I'd say I loved this drama.
It's 1 AM and I just experienced episode 10's "Honey Honey" scene. Jiang Qian Fan has me gasping in shock and giggling loud enough to wake my family up.
I watched that scene at least 10 times. Him feeding her the lobster had me wheezing. By far my favourite scene of the series.
I can't really explain it, but I really enjoyed this drama. I did feel the ending was rushed and there is an essence of incompletion, however I still really enjoyed this drama.
I feel like the Kang Ha-Jun played by the aurthor's first love suited the character more when his partner was the original female lead, Seo Yeon Seo. In contrast, the Kang Ha-Jun played by Bok Gyu Hyun suited the possessed female lead much better. All in all, I really enjoyed the spin-off.
I have one more episode to watch, but I have to say it. The female lead is so dumb sometimes, I can't stand it.
The main couple is so cute, I support them with all my heart. However, Hong-jo literally opening the door right after that stalker incident and then SHOOING HER BODYGUARDS away!! She just keeps putting herself in unnecessary, dangerous situations and it's pissing me off.
An update: I completed the drama and now there is a gaping whole in my heart because I miss the main couple and their ADORABLENESS.
I started to watch because of the author of the book, and high reviews. I am only on ep 4, but it is hard to take…
The female lead's character is personally very hard for me to like. I find her so immature and frustrating. Also, those 45 seconds scenes that you mentioned, I get through them at 2x speed to keep my sanity.
All I could think during the airport scene was "this is so emotional for them" and "they're so cute" but I didn't really feel sad. I thought it was because I was in a generally happy mood so I didn't really feel it. And then BAM, episode 16, Wu Wei starts crying when Yi Yang tells him he's going to compete and my tears are FLOWING.
I watched that scene at least 10 times. Him feeding her the lobster had me wheezing. By far my favourite scene of the series.

(It's raining again, very heavily.)
