yea and i also think you can't compare the two. other SY family members are doing illegal stuff like creating slash fund accs to get richer. Meanwhile DJ hid a secret to save the grandma. Even though the grandma tried to kill him and his grandpa, he still did it to save the grandma because he knows his grandpa would not want him to do that. The grandpa also knew his wife tried to kill him but ignored it. When DJ's aunts and uncle knew, they didn't even try to figure out how to help her. In the end, it was DJ who helped her and the son she hated most who escorted her.

If everything in his old life exist in his current reborn universe, does this mean his past self also exist in his current reborn universe? When he visited his old place, he passed by the boy that was his old self. Who is in that body now? the real DJ?

There is zero proof that he knows his grandma did it so he wouldn't be punish for helping her escape. Even if they knew he escort her out of the country, what he did was not illegal. She hasn't been convicted for the crime so technically, it is not illegal to go out the country.

after watching the latest 4 episodes, i agree. It began as a hostile takeover but you can now see the love he has for his new mum, dad, and brother and also his grandpa. Now he just wants to protect his grandpa's legacy.

Also, inheriting the whole chaebol empire is sad and lonely. You can't even trust your own kids. Grandpa did the right thing with his plan for DJ. DJ is happier as he is and can do just fine on his own with what grandpa left him. DJ already have loving parents and a loving brother. It's just sad because DJ looks like he wants to save SY for his grandpa's sake.

the funny thing is when DJ told the uncle that he could have saved SY card with 1.4 billion instead of using that money to buy the 2% shares lol

I hope DJ doesn't turn into the old man and have a redemption arc if needed. DJ is doing that thing that the old man is doing - reflecting on how hard it is being poor so they're more determined to win
