I'm on episode 4, and for me, it's boring. Does it get better or it's just not my cup of tea? Don't get me wrong, I love great romance but I find FL very uninteresting - another damsel in distress with a cute voice. I somehow can't stand these FLs with kid-like voice. Does she mature later or she just keeps staring at the ML with her big innocent eyes?

I also think it's not about the literal taste of blood but about the feeling of love. And also we could hear the heartbeat sound during the kiss scene so I think it's the FL that will make his heart beat. With his previous love his heart didn't beat.

BP was full of tropes but they tried to add something new each time and it made it more interesting. Like the umbrella scene - there was colour added which made it visually interesting, when she fell on him and kissed - it was because she had pushed him and he dragged her down, and so on. So each time they used a cliche they added something unexpected to the scene which made it unique. And here, all tropes are just boring tropes with no added value.

While I enjoy watching it, I think this show tries to be like "A Business Proposal". However, although there were many cliches used in BP - they were used in a funny, not obvious way. Here, all the cliches are just that - cliches, used in a repetitive, predictable way. Like, for example, when I saw here standing in the rain, I just knew he would appear with an umbrella. Then she tripped and he caught her - same old, same old. I don't mind cliches as long as they do something unexpected with them, like in "Red Sleeve" when FL stands on a ladder looking for a book on the shelves and she starts falling down but the ML instead of catching her pushes her back up on the ladder and she hits her face on the books;)

I wish for that too but he killed so many people that his only way for redemption, at least in k-drama world, is to sacrifice himself.

I guess, in this episode, San forgot how to fight... He was almost as good as the watchman in the previous episodes but he got defeated so easily. My guess is that Shi Yeol will die. His story is to tragic. Yu Ha will become the king and San will go to the sea with Dan O.

Maybe, but still shi Yeol is kind of late for the thing because San is already in the forest when he starts leaving the house....

It still doesn't make sense timewise. Because when San is in the woods face to face with the king. Shi Yeol only starts leaving the house and faces the bad guys. He should have been in the woods already. I know they didn't have watches then but common...

Recently, it's too much talking and revealing who is who. It's like everybody, except for the king, now knows who is who.... It's like: _You know??? - Yes. - Let's talk. Don't tell anybody. - Ok." x10

Ok, purpose of San's existence is to get rid off the king and finalny when it's about to happen he doesn't talk to Si Yeol? No plan - he just go to the woods hoping the wathcmen would follow??? That doesn't make sense! Why is Si Yeol not in the woods with him???

I don't know, I reached episode 18 and then counldn't go further because of the FL. She gets on my nerves.

I liked it. I prefer when guys have their bangs down. So it's the matter of taste.

It was the most anticipated drama for me every week. It's not your typical, full of cliche drama. It's real, it's raw, it's emotional, it's melancholic. MC are honest and mature. for me it's a 10/10. The only thing missing is that I'd love to see more of their happy moments. Can we get a special episode???

Happy ending. No love triangles. It's hard to answe the one about much romance. They are together and fall in love for most of the drama but there is not much of them being together as a couple.

I'm sure he is. I just want to know if he was also the watchmen 10 years ago (which means he killed Dan Oh's sister's fiance) or if he is the new one...

I don't think he is her fiance. He can just relate to her as a wachman because they both have to hide living like ghosts.

I believe he is the wachman but my only question is if he is the original watcheman which means he killed the sister's fiance, and it's a bit problematic cause now he is pursuing her, or is he the new one...

If 10 years have passed it's possible that Shi Yeol is the watchman. He might have been 20 at that time and now he's in his 30s. The reason he's pursuing Dan Oh's sister is that he feels somehow guilty that he killed her fiance... He knows about the dog because CP told him and he was really in the tavern with Dan Oh's sister's fiance before killing him.

It's interesting that Shi Yeol knows so many things, ablout Dan Oh's dog or the tune that the sisters fiance hummed. How is that possible?

Well, he saw Jang screaming and crying over a young man who was killed by the watchman, so I think it was obvious it was somebody dear to him. But LS might have not connected the dots as it was a long time ago.
