I started watching My Dearest only because of Ahn Eun Jin and didn't have many expectations. I saw her in two dramas and I really liked her acting and the fact that she usualy plays strong, intersting characters. I've never seen anything of Namkoong Min. I must say that at first I wasn't sure about him, he seemed overacting and being to theatrical. However, I ended up loving him and his acting. His acting in the bloody scene at the beach made me cry. He portayed the character's emotions so well. I could feel his despair and resignation cause by convistion that he would die there. What a great actor. Gil Chae is the character that has the best development I've ever seen. Ahn Eun Jin should get an award - her crying scenes were so convincing every time. Both leads should get an award for their performances. Definitely MY FAVOURITE DRAMA OF 2023:) I already miss it...

So the family which identity they took is in that lake and the water level is going down. So, what'll happen when their bodies get discovered?

I meant most of the female characters in this drama not me;)

What's more, it seems everybody likes that other guy more than ML;)

Kiho in the first episode was very emotional and because of that stupid mistery they are robbing us of his reactions now. We need to see his reactions to connect to him like we did in the first episode. That's why more people support Woo hak - because he doesn't hide his feelings and wee can see his reactions.

I was waiting for a scene like the last scene and it didn't disappoint. It was perfection!

I guess, whatever happens, episode 17 is our happy ending. The ending scene couldn't be more perfect. He said all the right things.

My theory is that if they give us 21 episodes it can't end with a sad ending cause what will be in episode 21? I hope episdoe 21 is fan service and will show them being happy.

I'm somehow 100% sure it will be Bo Geol and they just try to confuse us giving Woohak glasses and memory lose. I think because of his memory lose Kiho could take his place in the family register and that's why his age is different. And as someone noticed, when they showed Kihoo growing up and waiting for FL at the station, his body matched Bo Geol - not tall and slim Woohak.

That worries me too:/ Maybe no romance, just friendship.

I start wondering if there will be romance in the drama? Or is it just friendship? Nothing in the trailer points at romance...

I think he remembers - we can see that when he talks to his brother and strongly says that his brother surely is not Kiho. Other proof is that he bought her shoes which he had promesed to do when they were kids, and he also proposed to use Ranjoo at the festival to his supervisors. His line of work is also close to what he had done (edit films) as a teenager. I think they just don't show his reactions to keep us confused longer, but it backfires because now more people root for SML.

I think because of the whole "mystery plot" they can't show us his reactions to the events taking place which doesn't allow us to bond with him and root for him...

Like the classic said, "If you've seen one of his performances, you've seen them all."
