If Gil Chae ever doubts that Jang Hyun loves her I'm droppin this! The scene when he was running, the desperation in his voice and face - you can't doubt his feelings after that.

I could understand the husband up until now. Even when he suspected her of leaving with JH again. He had the right to think that cause it had happened once. But leaving her knowing that she may be raped and tortured is unforgivable. If he doesn't want to be with her, that's fine but at least save her and then part your ways.

I think it's either because she's dead at that point and he is talking to her and cryin or he knows that he won't come alive out of this fight and he'll never see her again...

I must say I was suspicious if he really saw her cause there was no emotion in his face just the stare. He's too good of an actor not to show any surprise. So, I really doubted if he saw her, and I was right. But I get what you are saying, hope he saw her this time cause that would be too much of suggesting something that hasn't happened.

I'm convinced the ending will be tragic - cause we've partialy seen it in episode one. Ijust hope they will have at least 1 or 2 episodes when they are together and happy...

I've rewatched episode 1. They meet in 1636 and ML probably dies at the beach in 1659. So the story will take us through 23 years... It seems at that point at the beach in 1659 Gil Chae is dead and the person in prison is Yeon Jun. I just hope our main couple will have at least some happy moments before they die.

Her mother tried to please her adoptive parents her whole life doing everything they expected her to do, the mother is an alcoholic as well... so she is not happy I guess...

From the conversation, she didn't seem to recognize ML and avoided addressing everything he said cause she didn't know what he was talking about. She also mentioned her mum started drinking again and in the first episode, ML saw her mother taking out empty wine bottles from the house.

There must be a reason they haven't shown the grandaughter yet - I think she looks like FL or it is her who also time travelled or something.

I enjoy it because there are many scenes of FL and ML together and ML's lines are so funny;)

She talked about a festival approachin so maybe they're wearing traditional clothes due to the festival. I guess we'll see next week.
