If the letter is authentic, it proves that KSR harbored absolutely no hard feelings towards KSH. She wants them to be friends after 4 years has passed from the breakup. It's also clear from the letter they didn't part in friendly terms. It's also no proof that they dated 5-6 years, bc two people can be friends and meet before they start actually dating. With publishing the unsent letter, the family actually contradict Gaseosa's fabrications.
Yes, don't bother reading such messages or replying to them.Because here she comes again, self-declared goddess…
That was a very good article, thanks a lot. It also made me understand my own feelings concerning the trolls. Now I am able to let go of those feelings.
This is the show of a woman portrayed to be the biggest immoral example for a DUI mistake (LOL) to suddenly become…
If you visit KSR profile, I think the merciless comments are still up there to found by scrolling down. Some hate commenters have hate commented here. (I purposefully checked).
I've seen most KSH dramas except One Ordinary Day (had troubles in finding it but will watch now). Some thoughts.
Dream High: not the kind of drama I'd normally watch, but surprisingly good and even serious. Has become a classic for a reason. KSH's character wasn't appealing to me (thick dialect is a turn-off for me) and Ok Taecyeon was the ML for me in DH. But KSH sang and dance in an idol role without any idol training, and made his character stand out as a very complex and challenged artist who rises above his own internal obstacles but not without sacrifices.
The Producers: also surprisingly entertaining, much better than expected (don't trust the ratings). Again KSH is not in the ML, but Cha Tae Hyun (one of the very best SK actors, and also a director). Again, I didn't personally like the character KSH portrayed: a careless goofy guy, who doesn't understand much about life but has to grow. He gets more sympathetic when 2nd FL IU develops feelings for him. There's a lot of interesting detail about variety shows production and TV entertainment industry.
Moon Embracing the Sun: I guess this role (2012) made KSH a star (but still not standing above others). I particularly enjoyed his character in this one: authoritativess, yelling orders left and right. An "I don't tolerate any nonsense king." My favorite scene was the "okay then, I'll open my robes for you" scene and funnily enough, not a long time ago, he also named that as his own favorite scene in the drama. A man-man role but also showing the king's vulnerability and inescapable discord in combining public and private roles.
My Love From the Star: I watch this every Christmas. A Christmas feeling drama. KSH rises far above most actors in this role. I love seeing him giving long serious lectures about biology (those excellent memorizing skills). Also a man-man role. With supernatural powers. Lots of fine comedy. Perfect drama (although Park Hae Jin playing 2nd lead was kind of not okay to me since I always want to see him being 1st lead).
It's Not Okay Not be Okay: this where KSH shows the highest high when it comes to acting skills. I remember some interviews where he explained how he prepared for the role: he went and talked with male psychiatric nurses, observed them. The character he portrays is fundamentally strong but tighly strung: wearing thin in energy, carrying a lot of burden, can't ever relax or turn off the caretaker role bc of his autistic brother (award winning performance from Oh Jung Se, fully on par with KSH as a genius actor). This drama, according to many lists I've seen, tends to be the one that people love the most, and one that brings people to the k-drama world.
Queen of Tears: KSH is now the highest paid actor in SK and for a reason: he portrays virtuoso acting skills. The drama has its flaws but KSH is flawless.
People will always disagree about actors and acting. KSH is not the highest paid actor bc of his looks, but bc of his delivery. The range of emotions he shows vary from a superpowers alpha male to vulnerable and shy, from goofy comedy to heartbreaking slice of life.
How SK can mistreat the person who has perhaps done more than anyone to make international audiences fall in love with k-dramas is mind-boggling. If Knock Down falls through, SK dramaworld sees a big escape in investors. To leave the economics at the mercy of predatory cyberwreckers is just too risky. The stakes are high. As I said before, SK's celebrity killing predatory media is shooting down the country's well-earned but hard-won success.
I find it amazing how many people are rallying around him.“Kim Soo-hyun’s courageous gesture — appearing…
For those who don't understand Italian: "wrongful malicious treatment" "resonates with the conscience of millions of people around the world" "an attack on basic human dignity" (this is so beutifully expressed!) "universal appeal for truth and justice" "SK's new president has made the fight against predatory journalism a priority"
I wrote a little below about my impression of the protection provided to Garosero and the level of corruption…
I've been thinking of ways of giving some (supposedly reputable) journals feedback about the manipulation of opinions and getting scandal clicks. But you're right: this practice can't be changed. They feed off the scandals. It also seems to me that the people who aspire to work in journalism in mainstream media or gossip media have a particular kind of personality and mindset already when they start their studies in journalism. They want to be "names" themselves, and they are very interested in public figures, celebrities and politicians. By making friends and contacts they also want to be "someone" in those circles. It's not that mainstream media journalists are independent thinkers; if they were, they could not work in those environments. If the mainstream media careers are appealing to them they are already mentally attuned to not care about the manipulation of truth. Brainswashed to believe everything that media says even before entering the profession themselves.
But comments on the media sites and X bring relief to those who recoil at the harsh and wrongful treatment of our beloved actors in the same way. It gives an "I'm not alone in this" feeling. In the same way as we here together dig deeper into cyberwrecker tactics and gossip media.
This posting gives some background to the depth of the burdens carried by Kim Sae Ron. Her struggles and responsibilities…
KSH's agency Gold Medalist covered her 700 million won damages from the DUI incident, and her newer agency covered her hospital fees from the 18 previous suicide attempts (it is not known whether her debts to the latter agency's debts were forgiven like the DUI incident debt or waiting to be paid later on).
When was the time when Gaseosa was supposed to make his big revelation? Is he currently concocting more fabricated evidence in New Jersey with the same forger? When can we have a look at the family and the fake aunt?
What I've read from X recently: it appears that the Gaseous Non-Human Monster (Garosero) really has some backing from politicians high up. Police have given him a lot of leeway, for instance, waiting for the elections to be done before summoning him. And Gaseosa has been using the police merely as props in his shows for entertainment purposes. Someone in the police will fall like someone fell after the Lee Sun Kyun case (where everything was leaked before final conclusions and proved to be false).
At this moment in time, I'm thinking that in Korean dramas the police are always corrupt, and in Chinese dramas the police are never corrupt. I don't know how this matches reality but let's just say that whoever writes a drama about the KSH case, the police are the baddies in addition to Gaseosa. But luckily we also have courageous real journalists helping to stop Gaseosa's merciless destruction of public figures, both celebrities and political leaders. I just hope that the media will finally take a long hard look at their own behavior and start investigating Gaseosa and the South Korean Celebrity Killer Machine and it's influence on the whole of society. I think we who defend KSH can perhaps hold a mirror in front of the gossip publishing newspapers.
If you can give any advice how to get directly in touch with the newspapers elsewhere than X pls let me know.
This posting gives some background to the depth of the burdens carried by Kim Sae Ron. Her struggles and responsibilities were much heavier than previously known. With no end in sight with the financial troubles. She had to support her family financially as the sole breadwinner, and try to provide for her 2 sisters who'd increasingly need their school fees.
I think that when you're fighting for sheer survival, romance may not be the first and most important thing in life. And when you do all the work you can. as she did, having many different jobs simultaneously, the public criticism from the DUI incident must have been extra hard and she must have felt it to be extremely unfair, considering how hard she tried to manage.
"Actress Kim Sae-ron, who died in February at the age of 25, reportedly bore the weight of her family’s financial difficulties in her final years, including debts tied to her father’s failed business.
According to an SBS Entertainment News report on Monday, Kim had assumed responsibility for part of her family’s debt and received financial help from acquaintances in the entertainment industry to make ends meet. Her economic hardship reportedly intensified over the past few years, partly due to her family's financial instability.
Kim’s father filed for personal bankruptcy in December 2020 after a business collapse during the COVID-19 pandemic left him indebted to more than 20 creditors. At the time, Kim — then 20 years old — owed around 250 million won (about $180,000). The bankruptcy was finalized in March 2023.
Additionally, a restaurant run by her family went out of business after failing to pay rent and maintenance fees, resulting in the full loss of its security deposit.
Kim’s situation worsened further after her 2022 drunk driving incident, which led to compensation claims and mounting legal costs. “She is the head of her household, supporting her family members, who are also struggling with severe financial hardship," her legal team stated during her 2023 court trial related to the incident."
I gave her all my attention.😊 I don't hate her, I just tried to provide logical arguments for her "opinions".✌🏽You…
Pls let us know. I love to read what you write here. It gives me great satisfaction when we dig deeper into all issues that are evident from the real life case and from the cases we see here.

He or she is a proficient user of dictionaries and a role player. None of the comments make sense, in terms of normal logic. Dictionaries can only get you appearances. There's no underlying thought process and even less background research. Sticking to the narrative and ignoring everything that might crumble it. Mysterious ways indeed.
They call themselves seekers of justice, but I can't help but wonder: what kind of justice is it when public opinion…
It's worth noticing that people are not necessarily idol worshippers but merely recoil at scandals and injustice. Scandal and gossip consumers spend their time rolling in the mud. The idol worshippers are also those who want those idols to fall down. We who criticize the celebrity scandals as the money making machines that they are are merely trying to hold media accountable. A lot has to do whether with you're able to empathize at all, or not. In the latter case, you can celebrate the downfall of a potentially innocent human being. Happy rolling in the mud.
Looking at the malicious comments of those who hope that Kim Soo Hyun will lose everything (in the absence of…

Of course your silly little head can't understand that we're fighting a representative case in media ethics. I am not a fan of anyone. My words have power and I'm using it. This is not the first or last case.
