It's freaking cute, but overrated.
My magic prophecy is just the same old story GMMTV keeps recycling and we like idiots keep eating up. The recycle the same formula over and over again sometimes with some exceptions (Not me, Last twilight, A tale of a thousand stars to mentiona few) it's fine, others it's watchable and most it's garbage.
This one falls under the just fine category, I mean I could tell who the bad guy was from the very first frame he was in they made so little effort to hide his deviousness that I was kinda hoping it was a misdirect, but no, the writters are way to lazy for that and wouldn't want to taint their next ship by having one of them be evil.
Imagine for a moment that instead of the dude that never stopped giving evil vibes the entier time hi was on screen it was the one with the constantly worried puppy expression on his face, the guy that most likely cry his eyes out over stepping on a bug on his way to work. I mean he had the cop guy wrapped around his finger the entire time so much so that I think he could've tricked him into helping if he wanted to. Would it be surprising? Not really, but, I would've liked it better.
Did I sit and watch the entire series in one sitting with a dumb smile so big that my cheeks hurt? Yep I did, however, this is not deserving of an 8.7 rating let's be honest people, not just for the stupid villain with even stupider motives but many more flaws that I'm too lazy to list. It's freaking cute, though so I would recommend a friend to watch with the fair warning that it's cuteness far outweighs it's quality.
If i find myself bored one day and want to enjoy some fluffy cuteness I'd watch again. sure.
