I have not been to a host bar, but if a host bar is as "entertaining" as the host bar in this show, who would go there?

I will stick with the show because it is "entertaining". With zero expectation, I will just count the settings they forgot for fun.

They blatantly said Foam went back to a time they have not met, then here a catchy line for Chris :"Can you remember anything?". Well no duh...

And the scene with the child actor, I was like, kid run for your life and call the police, what's with that look?

Btw, this show is another BL that reminds us, monks are great actors! (Parry was a monk, really the one person that can act in this mess)

Surely even for GMM, there is a budget. I don't think they even tried their best to promote the show.

It might be worse if they put this with "Moonlight Chicken", "A Boss and A Baby", "Be My Favourite" or "Only Friends". Is there even other timeslot? That debate BL maybe(I can't recall the name)?

So the current schedule might just be the best option after all. CC isn't that bad actually, just not superb either.

Still, it is a one facial expression vs. two facial expressions. She has the same expression laughing and crying, only with the eye drops.

When your love one nearly choked to death, you go home?

If you need a bed for their reunion, hospital has many beds.

If you ask me, why should anyone getting blame from those "accidents" to begin with?

The blame scene in the hospital is especially abrupt. The two ice block queens are all lovely supportive, having a date right in front of their comatose brother/best friend, then suddenly go raging mad at Tharn.

Tharn did not push him into the river, heck we can start a count how many times he fished or will fish Phaya out. And where is Grandma?

So nobody cares that if you want a car to roll over, you mess with the tires! Or perhaps the racetrack.

Cutting whatever wire in a car does not make it flip. Surely not even in omegaverse. Well not enough people cared when Babe pulled at Charlie's helmet hard, making sure that he was really really dead, or if not Babe would rip it off with his hands.

And before someone accuses me on hate patrol, let me praise that the acting level spike to the highest ever, with Charlie dead. The camera even stopped shaking right after the accident, and steady as a rock ever since.

Unfortunately, Ryan gets very little screen time there.

Usually the casting order from the open song indicates how much time they get. Not the case here, we get less Ryan than the guest roles.

And that show is a mess. I still enjoy whatever Ryan moment I get, honestly "For Him" would not be a series to recommend.

Many did mention the mask, it is among the sea of the comments.

The point, though, is that Keen having the mask tells us nothing. Like the rest of the "investigation", even if you are serious, the info is just there to plow through with the plot, which is not the focus of the show to begin with.

On with the NC scenes, don't think too much.

I think you misunderstood, I said Ryan should get a better job, aka one that will showcase him.

I like Ryan, as I said in "For Him", I endured that show for Ryan, not for Him.

I hope the actors would get a better job, namely Ryan, that pretty much sum up my thought of the series.

They have stalled a lie for half of their series, only to not have time for a proper ending, the irony of it. This show could hire a proper writer and outshine most BLs around, shame.

The angels, if any, are the only ones that deserve somebody.

This ep is as awful and awkward as it can get.

Location? Poof, parking lot to toilet (!?). Cast? Appear and disappear as they want, no explanation or pattern. Timeline and plot? No character in this drama actually remember what they said, they talk about the same thing over and over, as if they are in endless timeloop.

When they have had Nut and Run as producer, director, or screenwriter, they at least have had a script. ("Second Chance" screenwriter, Jungjing is another matter, say "Middleman's Love" and "TharnType", she have had a lot, some crap and some international selling)

Anyway, now they have here the CEO as producer, who also produced "Beyond The Star" btw, and not co-producer because she is the CEO like the other show.

She was a singer if I remember right, and we have seen BTS. Her forte and the result.

I cannot help but wonder, where is Run and Games? Have they left you too with the support roles you give them? I'm sorry if I sounded mean, but this show...

Thanks you for all the feedback. Yes we all see that the show needs Day's mother to be flawed, otherwise we don't have a drama.

And we are discussing coz we enjoyed the show. I just have a hard time understanding her and her inconsistent decision. The show set the mom to be mega rich, she can support 10+ Days if she wants, so the care in her mind is not money, but the mental comfort, esp. with her past brutal divorce.

Remember, Mhok abandoned her son in the middle of the street and went into a fight, now that IS risky and she understood that.

And they have had a hike, and she had a mental breakdown.

She have had enough? Of what? She clearly said she is glad that Mhok gets Day out of his room, then fire him (push Mhok to quit)? She hates hiking?

Now, let me say that I'm not questioning the show in case someone gets the wrong idea.

I'm just wondering about Day's mother.

1. Would a loving mother not choose her son over her job? She is a chef, not a doctor where her job cannot be rearranged. And okay when everything is normal you might, but when your family is in crisis, you would work work work?

2. Hiking is risky?

3. She prefers her son to be antisocial than outgoing, because the caretaker in her opinion is not good enough? I mean, if you really can't trust someone (not good enough), would you hire that someone as a caretaker to begin with?

Have you actually read the book? They did not follow along many things, what you call the integrity.

People have different opinions, of course.

I will name an example, when they had the scene with the naga ceremony, that is done well. The present reality, the mythology, the anime effects too. A balance.

And no hate please, be sensible and civilise. So no I do not like to be asked to whatever.

Introducing it and having a 15 mins+ animation of a non-real fight plus fake costumes with monotone dialogues. Don't get me wrong, I'm taking about balance, the theme and myth is based on the book I get it.

More characters, more "stories" if you must.

It is not the cultural aspect I wanted tone down, but the interpretation they have. Those effects costs a lot probably, but somewhat like Hollywood "The Flash", all those effects actually degrade the progression of the show.

I don't want to talk politics, but seeing the global banning of Japanese farm and seafood products, whatever leads will not matter at all too. Will it pick up again, I dunno.

But even with food themed Japanese show, this one is meh at this point I'm just being honest. Even Ossan's exaggerating cooking has a better appeal.

It is an adaptation that is alright, not to say much anticipated TayNew moments. With that said, you just can't help but compare with the original, when the plot and theme was fresh and charming.

The earlier EPs were fine, and they adapted Thai elements to it, but with4 & mostly 5 the show is starting to lose its momentum, even with that sweet boat side confession. The feel of the show just goes stagnant somehow. I dunno how to explain it, but it has a formula feel to it if you get what I mean. I hope it won't be the same for later EPs.
