Not really, this is not a drama like that, all four are mains, there is no real second leads in this. Also on the official Korean site, Anna is listed second after Je Ha so.

Well actually Anna and Je Ha met first, their meeting opened the drama and also episode 4 and 5 have been building their relationship great, so i disagree, Je Ha has had very little scenes with Yoo Jin too so.
