i know he is supposed to be mentally challenged but they made it seem as if he couldn't walk, run or move properly either. i think it would have been better if they eased up on that.
on another note, it was sad when Algernon was neglected and died. that was pretty emotional.
So many positive comments here. Personally i didn't like it as the story was sub par. But that's to be expected as it's primarily focused on love and is too short too go into other aspects.
Completed it! It has some great messages. I have to say there were a lot of characters that i misjudged that i ended up loving. Jun Soo is a great brother and Na Ri is my favourite! So is the uncle Na Doo Hee.
there is so much that you can predict that is going to happen and you look forward to them but its to fucking long that it hasn't even happened yet! i'm already on episode 45 and i'm dying from anticipation!
this is the shit!
the stupid thing is even though it's supposed to be a love triangle, he as a person is not even remotely appealing compared to the other. i actually feel sorry for him having to use such low tactics to get the girl - but then again, fuck him!(we are talking about the lawyer guy right? not the younger brother?(coz the younger bros awesome!))
just completed this. it was satisfactory at worst and good at best. still better than quite a few korean dramas. i liked the ending, it was a nice twist but i kind of expected it. the main couples relationship was very soothing to watch and their family ties were comforting as well. especially the way Natsuo looks out for his siblings.
i kind of came to expect it the second i saw the kid riding the bike on the road; and then i was like 'yeah, he's the donor' when he ran after the kid.
well... I think everyone who say "I expected more" is just not quite adapted to J-style pure slice of…
this ones particularly long but they're 15 minute episodes and mainly girl focused. definitely worth watching. it's called Carnation. you can watch it here: http://www.gooddrama.net/japanese-drama/carnation
I didn't like that siblings in love part. Disappointing and unattractive. More of disgusting rather than a mind-blowing…
lol, if only i hated being tricked by subs so much so that i go off and learn the language!
how long did it take? do you just know what they're saying here and there or is your comprehension 95%+? and can you speak the language fluently?
Just finished watching this. i have to say this was a rare gem to find. the cast and their acting was superb and…
i've finally found someone with an good favourite drama list! i'm so tired of seeing only korean dramas in their favourite list. i know they're good but damn, korean dramas are usually too tiring to watch. a series that should be 5-12 episodes long is nearly always dragged on to be 20-22 episodes. they can't seem to give up the theme of some rich dude falling in love with some poor person.
lol, still going to watch them though!
The Japanese are the undisputed champions in dramas! they write better scripts with good twists, hire talent more so over pop idols, choose a diverse range of stories from different genres. they're more heartfelt and entertaining to watch.
who the hell did the camera work for this? i know some of its genres are action and crime but that doesn't mean you have to shake the camera the whole way through the drama! And what the hell is it with this drama changing the camera angle every second or so; it doesn't make the drama anymore artistic or better it just ends up giving me a headache and annoying the hell out of me.
also, the first episode was all over the place, i don't think it was as captivating as it could have been, they just threw as much chaos as they could into one episode; luckily they do a better job of this further on (though i've only watched three episodes to far so i'm only basing it on them).
