Why there is not even a single post about of this drama on netflix korea instagram page? 🤨Despite this drama…
That's why MBC didn't addressed the issue of mistranslation by Netflix, because MBC is not responsible for any other language except Korean.

WTPR is basically Cinderella in the eyes of NF Korea. All they have eyes for is Squid Games 2. God forbid they…

Netflix only has rights for its international release, For Korea it is MBC who has all the rights.

Its not majorly because of lack of screenplay in finale episode, its because of the mistranslation in the last…
They didn't fully mistranslated it but because of some differences in what Korean version has, it got out of context.
So what went wrong here is,
- First thing that went wrong is people connected this scene to real life conflicts of Israel and Palestine, which makes it more sensitive.
- Second the news report in English subtitles are "The ongoing Palitima airstrikes are taking place in Izmael, Where Korean nationals were kidnaped by armed militants" Here this thing makes it looks like Palitima side is aggressive and bad, but the news flashing in bottom line (Korean language) was ["이즈마엘 무장 세력에 한국인 피랍... 협상 전 문가 급파" ] which translates [Koreans kidnapped by Izmail militants... Negotiation specialists dispatched]. In the Korean version, there was intent of showing who is good and who is bad, but due to some changes in english subtitle, the whole context changed.
- Due to this one difference people thought they were showing Palitima the bad ones, which leads people to think that the scene was foreshadowing anti-palestinianism.

Why is the rating so low now? 😶I agree the ending wasn’t the best, but overall, it was a good Kdrama.

Title Light Shop
Before starting the show, I had prepared myself that there will be horror vibes. Maybe there would be jumpscares too. But I didn't expected the story to be so emotional, when whole plot unfolded...
It would have been better if Disney+ gave a disclaimer beforehand.
The actors did such an wonderful job in the show, the emotions of every characters were so good. The plot twists are somethings I never expected...
Seriously is this really Kim Hee Won first show as a director, because the vision this show had was really great.

Should I wait or just watch it while its airing?

Why did the ratings go down in IMDB and MDL, like now its really fine(more like good🤭) to me. Maybe because…
Due to last scene where Yu-ri was covering news related to Izmael and Palitama. Netflix mistranslated it, and that changed its whole context.

Title When the Phone Rings Spoiler
What are your opinion about the villain of the show, do you think He is a great villain.
In my opinion, He is one of the best well written villain I have seen recently.
As he has his own motive, for that He can go to any length. He wanted to ruin Baek Yu Yeon, and He accomplished that, He did ruin him. His character is a psychopath who acts without empathy and remorse. His character gets thrill when He is killing or hurting someone who is afraid, and begging for his life. But in Baek Yu Yeon's case it's totally different, He is not afraid of dying, He tormented him differently. Firstly hurting his weakness (Hong Hee Ju). And lastly, at the end He whispered
the truth about how his father was the one behind accident, and how because of that Heeju suffered and lost everything, her happiness, dreams, and youth. He knows that Baek Yu Yeon will definitely feel guilty, He wanted to ruin him mentally, and He did it that the Baek Yu Yeon we known for his quick witted personality. Starts behaving dumb, and stopped thinking rationally.
