Probably one of the best dramas I've watched in a long while. The story seems simple and slow but the more I think about the scenes, conversations, and internal monologues of the characters, the more I appreciate the richness of the script. I definitely will rewatch this and looking forward to a different experience.
Just finished this on Netflix and it was such a rollercoaster of emotions! I love the funny moments the most. It has obvious flaws though. I feel the time travel thing could have been expounded, her ability to stop time could have actually been used in escaping and saving Sunjae in the cliff (this would have been a funny scene), the motivation of the killer could have been explained further (like why is he so obssessed with killing Sol and not other people?), and the fluff could have been reduced.
But it is what it is. It's a romcom Kdrama after all. What carried the show though were the two leads. They were simply brilliant and engaging in navigating through different emotions and histories. Hye yoon was expectedly good, but Woo Seok was a revelation here showing his career-best performance. I mean the range of acting they showcased in this drama is astonishing. Together, they were such a lovely couple.
As pretty much all of the conflicts were already resolved, the last episode feels like just a lighthearted epilogue to me. A sweet bonus episode.
It’s not about belittling other nominated actors because JCW was not nominated. The problem lies with the rule…
I think it's completely fine even without factoring in audience reception, otherwise it would easily become just a popularity contest. Assuming of course that the members of the jury are all competent and independent. Well, Baeksang has historically been good at picking the worthy winners so they still have my trust.

my theory is that all eligible entries have submitted screeners to the jury in advance including those episodes not yet aired. Because it's kind of stupid to seriously judge a show for just a portion of it. I think this idea is not too farfetched, but still a theory nonetheless.
Congratulations to the nominations at Baeksang, very well-deserved. I'm pretty sure JCW was shortlisted as a nominee as well, but I guess it was just an extremely competitive year with lots of worthy performances from other actors. JCW still has one of the best performances of the year for me.
The whole thing was pointless. Where was this even going? The villain added nothing but wasting time. I thought…
maybe a season 2 (hopefully there will be) could cover these more interesting plot you mentioned. anyway, with how things concluded, it seems we can still see more of Lee Tang and the detective
yeah same lol imo it wasn’t quite necessary for plot progression too
Except it does. People here in MDL have this notion that a series is just all about plot. It's also about showing the right imageries to convey different kinds of moods, emotions, or feelings. With that imagery, we clearly experience the thoughts and state of mind of Lee Tang. It's not gonna be the same effect if they went the conservative way
I feel like there are just too many things going on with all the backstories and side characters that it somehow lost focus midway. I guess it would have been way more interesting if they just focused on Lee Tang's "superpower" and how he could have used it in some clever ways. Maybe if there's a season 2, they could explore this direction further.
I think One Piece was good because they had the mangaka there, but YuYu Hakusho as an anime was long, it had so…
Probably because they lack budget for more episodes. But I actually don't mind if it's just 5 episodes or less as long as they're able to make the story and characters get fleshed out well enough. They should have just picked one story arc and just focus on that for 5 episodes instead of condensing multiple arcs sacrificing the quality
Terrible adaptation. Characters are so badly written: no character development, no personality, no depth, none whatsoever. I found it very difficult to care to any of the characters. It's also so uncomfortable to watch with their cosplay costumes and bad acting. I had high expectations coz One Piece was fairly good. But this one's a disappointment. Just watch or rewatch the anime instead of wasting your time in this atrocity.
my person opinon, is that the main actress in glory was not good. I wish another actress had played in it or else…
Sometimes people get too distracted by her beauty that they just failed to pay attention to the depth of introspection her character is showing through her eyes
It's episode 14 and is she really not going to explain the breakup? And if she still making the same mistake of…
It was sort of implied that eventually she explained, and I guess it made sense coz the reason isn't easy to be confessed anyway, at least in the timeline of the series
