I've just finished watching the first episode, and this is the first time I've seen a drama of Park Eun Bin. She's an amazing actress indeed. I also think she looks exactly like the Thai actor Khaotung from The Heart Killers. They could literally pass as twins. LOL
Faifa openly talking about his abandonment issues and how it shaped his people-pleasing personality was such a good scene. I really like Faifa as a character and how much depth the writers have put into it. He's not as shallow as one might think at a first glance, he's been emotionally hurt so much as a kid but still kept a pure kind heart. Junior is such a good actor, he perfectly portrayed the character. Great job!
I've started watching this drama by mere coincidence, and I'm already on episode 4. I'm enjoying it so far. I don't know why, but it gives me this warm nostalgic feeling of the early 2000s when I used to watch dramas on TV's regular channels. Maybe it's the calmness, the way it's shot, the decorations, or just the vibes, anyhow it's so relaxing to watch. Everyone's acting is so good as well. Can't wait to catch up!
Yeom not only shocked Dongju but shocked all of us into getting over our past traumas. Like damn man that was brutal. Saw them on two different sides of the road and KNEW their much awaited reunion ain't gonna happen...
I love how the female lead is so lovable and cute and she even gets funnier every single episode just to prove all the haters wrong. I remember how people were judging her and bullying her the first two episodes and I never really understood how y'all could hate such a pookie.
Sorry , but for me very easy to understand. Maybe you need rewatch or just wasn’t for you. I think a lot of…
I didn't say it was hard to understand, I said it was "confusing". As in how the hell did Taejun (the dad) manage to "erase" Jena's memories? Like WHAT? I didn't know you could so easily erase someone's memories, and if so, why didn't they show the procedure? (Just one example)
If you look closely, you'll find so many things that don't make sense, including some of the characters' behavior.
The story and plot had great potential but the execution is quite messy and all over the place. The plot twists were good but the creators unnecessarily overcomplicated some things to the point where it became confusing. So many inexplicable incidents took place and were all brushed off. Acting was acceptable. Again, poor execution. This drama needed a better director.
It's ironic how the drama highlights bullying and how serious it could get only for people to literally bully the poor female lead by writing hateful comments about her. Like y'all aren't even judging her acting skills or anything, you just hate her for... existing? I honestly think she's funny and cute.
I’m halfway at ep 3 and I must admit that Dong min deserves to get bullied, if you can’t stand up for yourself…
Stand up for his friends while his grandma's life is on the line? Are you being serious? He got threatened that his grandma (the only family member he has) will literally get killed if he says the truth. What's he supposed to do?
I hope one day you go through a similar situation and put your broken moral compass to the test. We'll see if you'll end up "standing up for yourself" or becoming "trash".
But why didn't Eunnam's little brother tell Dongju that it's actually his sister when he saw her photo? Well, I kinda understand why everyone else kept it a secret despite knowing the truth (because they low-key hate Dongju and are plotting his demise) EXCEPT the little brother. He doesn't seem to hate Dongju at all. They go out together and he even calls him "hyung". So what was he exactly waiting for before delivering the shocking news?
My weekly comment about how much I love this drama. I think it's super underrated, maybe because it started airing around the same time as THK, P10L, and ThamePo. It got slightly overshadowed, but trust me, it's so good and funny.
I can't stress enough how much I love Kongdech and how his sense of humor lightens up the mood. I truly believe he makes this drama 10× better. His scenes and facial expressions are absolutely hilarious.
The chemistry and dynamics between all the cast members are really good.
45 minutes of pure relaxation. No overdramatic breakups, no toxicity, no cringe.
